I paid for, and mailed in my personal effects which contained a movie poster, to be signed by a ***** ****** and **** ******* However, due to COVID, cancellations happened, signatures were prolonged and eventually a year had passed ******* any update. So I emailed updating my mailing address and asking for status. The company told me they were "holding" my items (sent in an email from the owner) but after many more months without an update, I finally emailed again asking for my items back. I have been ignored since March of 2022, and it is now December 2022. I sent one LAST email out hoping to get a response, but I feel scammed, like my items were taken, and with no one responding or answering me, I do not know where to turn. I hope no one else falls victim to their scams. This is ridiculous and I am beyond frustrated to be in this situation to begin with.Initial Complaint

I purchased two items from *** sports via their website ******************** amounting to almost three thousand dollars from February 2020 up until February 2021 both signed film *********** as in a poster and a a4 picture (which i sent in to them for obtaining a actors autograph) after waiting month for the signing to be carried out i received nothing on both accounts, so i emailed countless times and have been ******* or ****** off. no refund no compensation and certainly no goods. I'm not the only one that this has happen to and i have dealt with *** previously and got items after waiting ages but 2 years and ignored email is another lever of taking peoples money and not delivering the goods be warned, i intend to get a lawyer to get my money back.
