We scheduled a move for April 22nd 2024. Up until the move everything went great. I advised that the move would be extensive and we had ALOT of stuff. Content with the quote we proceeded. Half the team arrived late due to traffic. There was bickering and arguing between the staff which I could understand since I am bilingual. Staff was given explicit instructions on what needed to be moved and what didnt however when someone prepped something that didnt need to be I was lectured by staff as if it was my fault. One staff member handed my husband screws from a dining room table that in the chaos of moving were lost and took us two weeks to find. The guy kept repeating how he gave the screws to my husband and its his fault they are lost. The whole time my dining room table was left in pieces. The same team member left behind a ** stand that I had to go back to retrieve for them so the ** could be put together. Several things were found broken once started unpacking, the main thing was my writing desk where they broke the leg off. The follow up on the claim took 30 days and they are supposedly only giving me $84 for a broken desk. I cant even replace it. The final bill was double (plus tip) and my husband I still had to rent our own moving trucks to finish the job. We had other bids for this job and I completely regret going with a non local company for this. I would not use them or recommend which is unfortunate for them considering I am in the real estate industry.
