      Cloudy does not follow the FTCs rule that states If you can't ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if you made no promise), you must notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain his right to cancel and get a full and prompt refund. I purchased from them on January 14, 2023 and they promised me 3 day express shipping, which is a complete lie and frankly a misleading scam. I emailed them for the first time on February 2, 2023 and asked for a cancellation. They then tried to say that it would take 2-4 weeks and even offered me free items. The fact that they told me 2-4 weeks despite promising on their website 3 day shipping should have been my first sign that they are committing some form of fraud. This is not what I wanted but I went with it. When they still didnt ship 2-4 weeks after this promise, I emailed them yet again on March 21, 2023. Instead of getting a refund as I asked them for the second time, they offered me a choice of refund or keeping my order as is but getting some free gifts. This is absolutely unacceptable. I already told them I wanted a refund and yet they didn't respect it enough and had the audacity to offer free items again. I told them I wanted a refund on March 22, 2023 in response to them and despite them literally asking me if I wanted a refund, this person asked me if they could offer me additional items instead. I was mortified and tried to call them, but of course they didn't pick up. Absolutely unprofessional of them to refuse refunds and offer free items for a nearly 3 month long wait after I asked them 3 times to cancel/refund my order. They continue to have their items up for sale despite being unable to fulfill my order, which is a scam and actually illegal according to the **** Finally, I got my bank involved. Had my bank not done this, ****** at www.trycloud.com would have kept offering me free items and kept my order in a "never getting shipped" phase.

      We sincerely appreciate your patience & understanding with the wait. Your order included a product that was on pre-order/back-order, and therefore was not in-stock to immediately ship. The notices regarding the delayed shipment of the pre-order item were prominently displayed & communicated both before & after your purchase. Please note that shipping speed selection selects the carrier service that is used, which impacts the speed of shipping once the item has been handed to the carrier. A typical order does arrive in an average of 3 business days or less once shipped. But of course as mentioned your order had an item that was not in-stock, and a faster shipping carrier speed can not accelerate processing of an item that is not yet in-stock. Our provided estimated shipping dates / timelines for a pre-order/back-order item are often approximate, as there are several third-parties in the supply chain that each have varying and sometimes changed/delayed/or faster estimates. We do our best to provide accurate & conservative estimates, but when a third party updates their estimate, we are then forced to change ours. You have been issued a 100% full refund.

      I have spent almost $100 on two separate orders from trycloudy, a company apparently owned by hive endeavors. They are not shipping any of their product and it is impossible to cancel and get a refund.

      I ordered this product in December and they said it would take 2 to 3 days for delivery . I emailed them in January asking for a refund and they emailed me that it was on back order. I would like a refund as I still have not received their product.

      So in November 10 2021, I paid for 20x melatonin diffusers in packs of 1. They told me that international delivery it's 15 days (I live in Sonora, Mexico) which is not that far of California USA. Then they told me that it will delay for a few days because of COVID. At that time I never received a Tracking Number until January 3 2022, in the DHL website said that the package arrived to them in January 3 2022 which means that Cloudy send that package to DHL in a delay which to me is not the problem. I check the tracking number until January 8 2022 when it didn't update no more until January 18 2022 I lost my patience and called DHL and Basically told me that my package is in Germany but they don't know why, they recommend me to contact Cloudy and look for a solution since it is not my responsibility for the deliver of the goods, I send them and email with proof and pictures that the package shows that is in Germany and all they said is that they are sorry for the delayed and nothing more. No solution no nothing also I asked for a refund in the email that I previously mentioned and that was their response. I Paid $200 US Dollars for the package. I don't know what to do it's a lot of money and they don't want to take responsibility. Till this day my package has not arrived. I just want someone of their business that provides me with a solution and my current status of my order. *************************************************************

      Ordered 2 separate orders, minutes apart. Neither includes all items ordered. I email, separately, about each order. ****** emails to let me know 1 order doesn't qualify for certain promo items, based on the date ordered!! ... However, ****** also responds to the other email & states that the other items are on the way. Here it is 2 months or better, later. The other shows up. They sent 1 sock! I email & post a review on social media. I provide pictures. *******************************************"

      The 2 separate orders we found under your email were placed 4 days apart, not minutes apart. Promotional offers are nearly always date-bound / time limited & expire on certain dates. Promotional offers *** also sometimes also have additional conditions (ex: minimum $ cart amount, maximum of 1 claim per customer, geographic restrictions, while supplies last etc.). It appears that the promotion had expired & was not available by the time you placed your 2nd order, and *** have also not met other promotional conditions/limits.

      Additionally, we confirmed that a replacement was issued where we re-shipped items to ensure you received anything that *** have been missing.

      Lastly, your mentioned social media comment was not posted by our page. This looks to have been some sort of troll.
