Jonathan and Jack run a toxic environment at Little Coyote Pizza. They lied about the pay saying it was $25 an hour, but it was actually minimum wage plus tips. Jack asked personal questions that were irrelevant to the job, and than changed his attitude once he found out I was not single. Jonathan would actually wait in the parking lot to watch and photograph me with my family on his cell phone. The owners and leads all made jokes about me while I was standing in the room right next to them. We were forced to clock out for our lunch less than 30 minutes into the shift. I was regularly denied breaks and delayed lunches way past 6 hours. There is no break room. Most of the employees just silently accept it despite being overworked. The lockers are in the tiny bathroom so you can't even bring a lunch. After weeks of bullying, I decided to tell my supervisor. It only got worse and they actually retaliated against me and fired me with no warning. My pay was significantly less than the prior weeks even though I worked the same amount of hours. They don't have gloves for us to use. To make the salads we used our bare hands to grab the lettuce and cheese. I never saw any employee wash their hands. This is unacceptable during these Covid times.
