Oddly, some supposed independent review sites gave 4Inkjets a high rating. They must have been paid off. Like everyone else, can't reach them via phone or email. Thankfully I used Paypal so they intervened. Finally got my ink almost 3 weeks after I ordered and then only because I sicced Paypal on them. Meanwhile, I'd given up hope and ordered from another company that shipped within HOURS of my order!I had to clean my printer nozzles 3 times for this company's ink to finally print.The ordered arrived in an envelope with no branding, no invoice or receipt indicating what company they came from.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am saying the same thing as everyone else. There is no way that this company has a customer service department, no one will ever return a call or email. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company since they will not respond. Wish I could have a 0 star option. Stars are only for doing something good. Someone needs to shut them down. They should not be allowed to be in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

No customer service, no emails, no shipping of ink. Do not buy from this company. Must be 100% scam company. Spent *****, took the money right away. Unable to contact company, never answer phone, no call backs, no answer to email. Run Run Run. This company is well advertised, but not reputable.

Like everyone else I placed an order and never received a confirmation email but they took my money tried contacting them by phone never was able to talk to anyone they even stated in the recording for a call back press 1. Well guess what no call back my next thing to do is contact charge card company and report as a fraudulent company wish I had read these reviews before I ordered

My order still hasn't arrived despite calling, leaving a callback number, and sending emails. Don't know what to do. Have to see if I can get my money back. Terrible terrible company with nonexistent customer service.

In October of 2022, I ordered 3 Reman78 C6578DN tri-color Ink cartridges for HP from 4INKJETS at ***************************************************************. I received the shipment. None of the ink cartridges [made in *****] printed correctly. One only in blue, one only yellow, and a third almost nothing. Then I sent a letter to 4INKJETS **************** to explain the problem and hoping to be able to exchange the bad cartridges for good ones. I received no response from the company. On 15 June, 2023, I sent a certified **** letter once again explaining the situation. On 26 July, 2023, I received an e-mail from 4INKJETS which indicated that my purchase was within their 100% guarantee and they will be happy to set up a replacement for you free of cost and with free shipping for your order. I replied with an e-mail on 29 July, 2023, that I accepted their offer. Nothing happened after that. On 08 September, 2023, I once again e-mailed the companys **************** to notify them that I had not received the replacements. I asked whether they were going to send them, or if my going to the Better Business Bureau would be my option. I indicated that if no replacement cartridges were received by 15 November, 2023, I would then file my complaint with the Better Business Bureau in **********. As of 15 November, 2023, I have received no further communication from 4INKJETS nor the 3 replacement tri-color ink cartridges.

Doing business with 4Inkjets has gone to a all time low. I placed an order with them 8 days ago and was to receive my order in 1 to 4 business days. Still waiting and tracking is not available . They used to have fast shipping. Don't waste your time dealing with this company buy ink from somewhere else.

REFUND NOT RECEIVED for canceled order on Sept. 14, 2023 ************ has horrid customer service, literally never answers the phone and has stolen my money. Here is a run down of all that I have done to try to get my refund that you are stealing from me. 6 emails now and 1 phone call in the past 2 months and I still do NOT have my refund. I have sent emails to you kindly asking for my refund of $68.75 for canceled order for LD Compatible CB436A / 36A Black Toner for HP I'm done with being kind so NOW, I am posting bad reviews on any and all sites including but not limited to ************* and the Better Business Bureau until I get my refund.First I canceled and requested a refund on SEPT 14th,2nd request for my money back was on SEPT 18th 3rd request for IMMEDIATE refund of my money was on OCT 2nd.4th request for IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY MONEY is today OCT 11th On SEPT 18, you sent an email that it would take 1 to 5 days to verify and process my refund, then you'd send me an email.On OCT 4th, you sent me an email saying you would have accounting process my refund that SAME DAY, but I still have not received an email confirming that you are refunding my money, nor have I received a check/refund.I ordered these ink jet cartridges on SEPT 6th, MY CHECK CLEARED YOUR BANK SEPT 13th.YOU HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS and still HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.You never shipped the products, you've repeatedly acknowledged via email the cancellation of the order and you've acknowledged the need for you to refund my money, repeatedly!!! I WANT AN EMAIL TODAY saying that you are sending my money NOW!

I purchased ink from this company and have had horrible customer service as well as product that doesnt work. The ink was advertised as compatible with HP Printers. It was not. I wanted full credit but was told that I had to pay the $7 freight when returning. They received the ink on 5/25-I called on 6/12 to follow up on my refund and was told that I needed to wait 15 business days for refund 6/15/23. I called 6/23/23 to ask about the refund and was told there was a glitch in the system and that I would have to wait another 5-9 days for refund. Not acceptable. They advertise that the ink is compatible and it is not. I read reviews on line and they arent looking too good. You cannot return anything for a full credit-you will have to pay the cost of shipping. Buyer beware!

****** statements as to their product and refuse to return except you pay. Do not and I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. They are a scam. I could not leave less then a 1 star. I have reported them to my credit card company and to their ********** publication.
