    On Friday July 14, 2023 I purchased a refrigerator in the amount of $325 plus $50 for delivery fee. The business committed to me a bring me a painted all white refrigerator with new motor with a warranty for 90 days. The nature of my dispute is 7/14 approximately 7:30pm I notice the refrigerator portion was not getting cold and approximately at 10:10pm the same night I seen 1 ***** on the side top corner of the freezer and another 1 was crawling on my kitchen floor near the fridge. immediately had to call a family over to help me take out the refrigerator because I didnt want my apartment to be exposed overnight. Upon hauling it out approximately 12am on 7/15 there was another ***** inside the freezer as I was removing my item out of there. I did send the delivery guy I text the same night to inform him on my issue but I never received a response. Monday morning approximately 9:45am upon arrival I did speak with ****** who assisted me original and delivered the fridge to me. I told him what happened he called the manager (******) who told him to call the owner. The owner said he would be there in 2 hour and wanted me to wait. The manager was extremely empathetic, no remorse, and not apologetic at all. I had to call the local police to come out because he was not trying to resolve my issue. The police came out about 3 hours later an I patiently waited outside the store in my vehicle. The police officer ask me what I would like to do I was asking for my $370 back and to come and pick up the refrigerator. The full $370 was not agreed upon but $290 was agreed and the will come on 7/18/23 to pick it up the refrigerator at my home between 10am-12pm and to give me my money back in the amount of $290. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt to resolve this and they did not show up I call the off and the delivery guy and the lying and giving me the run away that. This is ludicrous not even have this item for 48 and is causing me so much stress. No owner never came FYI

    Worst business possible. I bought a fridge with my daughter at Culiacn Appliances for $400 on July 3rd,2024. Days passed by and we felt like the fridge was not cold. On July 25th it completely stopped working and all my food went bad so I went to talk to **** (the person that sold me the fridge) to tell him my issue.He wasnt there but another worker was and since I have a 3month guarantee he told me theyll send a technician to fix it the next day in the morning.Unfortunately I work the afternoons so I only have time in the morning, *** told this to the worker to ask if it was possible to send the technician in the morning any time before 2pm and he it was fine. Next day came and I waited all morning but they never showed up,I call the business and they never picked up the phone.Til finally at 1:55pm the technician showed up at my house. His name is *****, he is a very rude person with bad attitude and not respectful at all. He has no care for customer service.After verbally abusing me he took the fridge back to the business store to fix it, he told me it will be ready in 30minutes because it was an easy fix. I had to go to work so I couldnt wait but *** told my daughter to call them to know at what time it will be ready because she will be at home waiting for them.She called the business and ***** picked up the phone and also verbally abused her calling her many names and cussing at her.He also told her he didnt want to fix the fridge that day so it will be ready tomorrow morning.He has been very rude to us from the start.We waited til the morning of next day and he never showed up.We went to there to ask for a refund and **** was there, he promised me it will be dropped off before 2pm but it wasnt.I called the store and ***** picked up and insulted me and he said it will be ready in 30min but it was already 2pm.I went to the business before going to work and **** told me that ***** left without fixing the fridge and he doesnt know when he will be back.
