      The business took my refrigerator for repair and has not returned my refrigerator its been 2 weeks. Doesnt answer any of my calls. The last conversation I had with the owner was to do what i have to do.

      Paid 300 for a used refrigerator and business promised to delivery on 08/05/2023@ 4pm no delivery was made called the business on 08/06/2024 about 10:30 and requested the money back since no delivery I decided not to get the product person in charge said Im the owner and I'm not return the .**** Imention to him that I *** want to do business with him he said no problem but I will mot return your .**** It was cash and I hVe e recipt I need help to recover my mony

      On Friday July 14, 2023 I purchased a refrigerator in the amount of $325 plus $50 for delivery fee. The business committed to me a bring me a painted all white refrigerator with new motor with a warranty for 90 days. The nature of my dispute is 7/14 approximately 7:30pm I notice the refrigerator portion was not getting cold and approximately at 10:10pm the same night I seen 1 ***** on the side top corner of the freezer and another 1 was crawling on my kitchen floor near the fridge. immediately had to call a family over to help me take out the refrigerator because I didnt want my apartment to be exposed overnight. Upon hauling it out approximately 12am on 7/15 there was another ***** inside the freezer as I was removing my item out of there. I did send the delivery guy I text the same night to inform him on my issue but I never received a response. Monday morning approximately 9:45am upon arrival I did speak with ****** who assisted me original and delivered the fridge to me. I told him what happened he called the manager (******) who told him to call the owner. The owner said he would be there in 2 hour and wanted me to wait. The manager was extremely empathetic, no remorse, and not apologetic at all. I had to call the local police to come out because he was not trying to resolve my issue. The police came out about 3 hours later an I patiently waited outside the store in my vehicle. The police officer ask me what I would like to do I was asking for my $370 back and to come and pick up the refrigerator. The full $370 was not agreed upon but $290 was agreed and the will come on 7/18/23 to pick it up the refrigerator at my home between 10am-12pm and to give me my money back in the amount of $290. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt to resolve this and they did not show up I call the off and the delivery guy and the lying and giving me the run away that. This is ludicrous not even have this item for 48 and is causing me so much stress. No owner never came FYI

      The customer came into our store on July 14th and made a purchase of a white refrigerator. In her statement she claims that we committed to taking her a painted refrigerator with a new motor, which is absolutely false. She was made aware that our appliances are all refurbished and sold as is! We made sure to fully clean the fridge and make sure everything was in working order. After receiving full payment in form of cash, and us completing our inspection, we moved forward with the delivery and installation. On Monday the 17th, she showed up to our store demanding a full refund without her informing us of the problem she was experiencing. She was verbally abusive and aggressive. Refusing to tell us where the fridge was. She called the police and when they arrived we were able to come to an agreement of the amount needed to be refunded. We were asked to go to her house the following day to pick up the fridge because she claimed the fridge was outside of her house. When we showed up, that wasnt the case. The fridge was not outside as she claimed. Customer then showed up once again on Friday, July 21st. She was verbally abusive and began to threaten one of our technicians and female staff. She began to record inside our private business without our consent and used her phone to taunt one of our technicians. He asked her to stop recording multiple times but she continued to scream and verbally abuse and threaten him. ************** then proceeded to remove her phone from her hand. Thats when she became physical and assaulted one of our technicians. We called the police and they were able to calm the situation. A few days after that, she return to our store and dropped off the refrigerator and stormed off before we could even issue her the agreed upon refund! We called her multiple times since then so we can initiate the refund, but we have not received a response! We would like to issue her a refund! Please advise how we can do that! Thank you!
