      I sent an email a few months back regarding the same strobe I sent in for repairs. After **** looked at it, they sent this back to me: "SEA&SEA Service has received and evaluated your service claim. The ***03 *********************** (S# *********) and F.O.C. has been Evaluated for It fires at the wrong time or with insufficient power. We inspected and tested the strobe it's turn ON and fires *** lamp illuminates light green properly. The strobe have found no defects or errors. We could not duplicate the error. We will returning your product to you."I received it back and it had the same issues. Yes the strobe turns on. And yes the green light works, but the internals of the strobe do not. When I tested a friend's ***03 ***** on my rig with my cable it worked just fine. The *** in this strobe (S#*********) is not functioning correctly as I get 1 out of 10 shots to work. The other nine are blacked out shots as the *** is firing at the incorrect time. I am requesting a new strobe to replace this non-usable strobe. I'd be happy to send this strobe back and wait for a new one. Also, I contacted their shop about a month back and said I had resubmitted a claim. I was told I would receive a call back. I did not get a call back. This is not good customer service for someone who has bought many Sea&Sea products. I spend over a thousand dollars on other components of my underwater camera rig because I was told this strobe was fine. I spent money on a new cable, mine was fine. Spent money on a new housing, mine was fine. Spent money on a new camera, mine was fine. I spent so much time and money trying to rectify the issue when the strobe was the problem all along. Please help me rectify this issue BBB. **** has been giving me the run around on this. I wish they would just replace this strobe with a functioning strobe.
