We paid 100% down on an order of custom calendars for a client. I was told I couldn't receive an art work proof until we had made a deposit. We have not received any communication from them since they cashed the prepayment check. Please refer to image of check #***** that was cashed in March 2024. I have also included the documents from them of the sales acknowledgment and my purchase order. I have left 10+ emails and voicemail messages. No communication back from them.The president's name is ***** Sparta. He will not respond to any of my direct communications. I have worked with this Sparta Graphics for many years and never had issues. This is very unusual to not be able to contact them. They must have gone out of business. I would like some resolution such as information as if they are permanently out of business. I would like my deposit back if they will not be providing the custom calendars for my client. I need to communicate with my client if I cannot provide their normal calendar order.
