Through ******** I bought two Playstation 5 consoles within 10 days of one another. ******* went through this vendor for one of my purchases. I bought two consoles - one for each of my two children. One of my kids decided he didn't want the game console so I returned one of them to the ******* in ***********, **. The ******* representative opened (tore box some) the game in order to inspect everything was contained. She issued me a receipt and then told me she would package and ship it. I received notification a few days later that the console was received and refund issued. Then I received an email from the vendor saying that I had put an activation code piece of paper over the serial number and that I wouldn't get my refund.I emailed ******* and after a lot of back and forth they emailed me and confirmed the unit was returned in the store and would honor the refund. This was returned the end of March and resolved March 30.Now today, May 20 I receive an email from ******* stating the refund is cancelled. I emailed them and tried to share previous messaging. The vendor has emailed them stating the serial numbers don't match. So now I have returned the game console and they want me to pay $1,065 for something I don't have. The game console is with the vendor and perhaps been resold. I told ******* to get the console from vendor and inspect it. I am completely unclear how I can be charged by this vendor without having $1,065 game console in my possession. I looked to see feedback on this Company, Keywest2West Marketing *********** and there are a lot of negative comments. I'd like to report them for fraudulently cancelling refund for a game console in perfect condition in their possession.Thank you for your time.
