      Well, I’d love to comment about how awesome our ride was that would’ve been my wife’s Mother’s Day gift. Only, at 830 the night before Mother’s Day when we were scheduled to take the 4 of us on a scenic tour as her gift..I get a text message saying ‘just heard we don’t have a driver, is there another day you can go? We are traveling through town and this was her big gift and the whole day was planned out. So I asked if an earlier time would work, or any other times that day? I asked for a refund, I asked a lot of normal questions..and they ghosted me, they never even replied back trying to make it right. Just, hey we messed up and let you book an open slot that wasn’t really open so we aren’t going to do your tour, peace out. That’s it?! No sorry, no how can we make it right? No nothing?! They apparently do NOT care about their customers and this is such childish behavior for a business. I would NOT recommend spending your money here, if you get to go on your ride you may have a different experience but this day they left me high and dry with zero communication after they stiffed us on Mother’s Day to now have to start all over and find something to do last minute. This is no way to run a service based business, and I would go check out any of the other tours and companies that practice simple customer service as a quality they own. I’ve asked multiple times via text and tried to call and while I know they’re receiving my texts they are ignoring the situation at this point. They don’t deserve your money. Terrible experience!!! *****UPDATE: I had to process a chargeback to try and get my refund from the services they NEVER performed or intended to perform per their manager phone call - and now just because their fine print says NO REFUNDS - the bank was forced to let them keep the money. I will be posting this review on all of their locations to help keep others from being burned and losing over $500 from this shady business.

      After booking a tour for 3 couples on a Friday at 2pm, we received a heads up at 8:31pm the night before that there is an inspection on Friday and they don't know if one of the cars will be ready. On Friday morning, on the way to Solvang with hotel rooms booked, time off work etc., we got a text message at 9:08am that the entire reservation was canceled with no alternate plan or offer. Imagine our disappointment, since this was the birthday present for one of our friends in the group. The disappointment didn't end there, after countless attempts to call them we had to threated legal action before we got a response today (after almost 3 weeks) that they would refund the taxes and fees they had collected, and that we will need to contact Groupon to sort out a refund for the tours with them. Don't even try to contact them on the phone number they have listed, and good luck should you need to make a change. Nobody ever answers the phone and their voice mail box has been full since the beginning of June, emails are not returned. We are not sure if this treatment was related to the fact that we booked using (discounted) Groupons,? Beware
