I am paying to go to a schooling program through Acuitus's IT program, but after graduating they have not given me a certificate proving my admission and will not respond to any emails requesting for one. However, they are still charging me for my time there and it will affect my credit if I stop paying these student loans.

I attempted to participate in an education program with Acuitus. I had an issue with my living arrangements and ended up homeless for several weeks. I attempted to contact Acuitus by phone and email as soon as the issue arose to work out arrangements to complete the program. Acuitus refused to answer or reply to any of my attempts to contact them for roughly six months until I mentioned getting a lawyer involved. At which point the ** reached and told me I would have to pay the full $46,000.00 (the original cost was only $35,000) despite them not allowing me to complete the program. Shortly after that conversation the **** ******************, reached out to me and told me that was not true and told me he could resolve the issue and remove the charges since I was not able to complete the program. He made this promise three times during three separate calls and has not followed though it has now been 8 months since our last conversation and they have refused to respond to my call or emails. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for 2 years with no progress. A company called Vemo originally provided financing for this and then moved the account to ****** services which has been calling me every day and sending constant emails for the the last several months attempting to collect on the $46,000 balance. I explained the situation to them multiple times as well but they are telling me payment was provided and I need to repay them. After acuitus refused to provide the education I was unemployed for over a year and a half, have been homeless again for the last six months and over $60,000 in credit card and loan debt trying to maintain everything in addition to the $46,000 for this program

I initially signed up for the program to complete their it program back in March of last year, however I just got really sick and was unable to complete the program. They told the lending company that we were able to cancel everything if you were not to complete the program we will have the option to no longer pay. Or there will not be any fees, however I never completed the program and they still charge me ******** I receiving several emails saying that I need to make this payments to an Isa account however I never completed the program. I try to reach out to them they did not answer their phones and they refuse to answer my calls. I refuse to make those payments as I did not complete the program, when talking to the companies that said we owe the money they said it would mean to talk to them to make those changes correct and their system. However they have not made those changes yet and they're demanding money as soon as June.
