      I contacted V-Moda **************** around September ********* in regards to my V- M oda Crossfade M-100 Master Headphones breaking just after barely buying them? They broke really soon even though I am very careful with them. I specifically asked for a brand new pair of V-Moda Crossfade M-100 Master Headphones as a Warranty Replacement, But rather I was told to send back for repair even though that's not what I want? Now I see that the V-Moda S-80 is on sale in Black. I would like a bra d new pair of V-Moda S-80 Headphones in Bkack as a Warranty Replacement.

      The only contact we have is via email about you inquiring how to replace a cable for "V-modo M200" headphones. Did you mean V-MODA Crossfade M-100's, like you have pictured? Or did you mean M-200 headphones? Those are different models. We have no record of you buying either off our website, so you must have purchased them from elsewhere. All V-MODA headphones, when bought from an authorized retailer, have a 1 or 2 year warranty for manufacture defects, depending on the model (M-100's have a 2 year warranty from purchase date). Any headphone under warranty can be mailed to us for repair/replacement. We ask the customer to fill out the warranty form on the website, and package the headphones up with a copy of their warranty paper and their proof of purchase (so we can verify the purchase and if it's under warranty or not). It seems like you filed a warranty claim but you don't have a receipt to show when and where the headphones were bought, which is required for warranty service. If you find it and can provide it then you can send them into us for repair as long as they are, again, under warranty (2 years from purchase date).

      Based on your picture, it shows that your headphones are missing hinge screws. We typically will send those out if the user contacts us and shows us the damage. We send extra hinge screws out so you can repair them yourself in the future, even if they're out of warranty. You must use threadlock glue on the screws though when installing them, which can be bought on Amazon here: ****************************************************************************

      I bought a pair of V-Moda wireless white and silver earbuds about 6 months ago, one side stopped working, so I sent them back with my warranty info to get them fixed, about a week ago I got an email from them saying that my warranty doesn't match what I sent, they are saying I sent them a pair of black ones and that they don't match the warranty I sent so they are sending them back, I wrote back that they must have made a mistake because I don't own a pair of black ones from V-Moda, I got mine on sale from ********* Friend for $65, but they swear they didn't lose them and I must've sent black ones to them which is impossible since I know what I bought and what I sent back to them, I sent them pics of my online receipts to show them, but they are still saying it was me and if I want the black ones fixed I need to send the right warranty to them otherwise they are sending them back, so, they lost my headphones and are sending me someone else's broken black ones back to me, I have all my receipts and email transactions with some guy named ***** at the company, this guy obviously lost my headphones and now he is trying to get out of it by lying because how did a pair of black headphones get into my package that I sent when I sent white and silver ones, it didn't because that would be impossible !!

      I purchased a V-Moda BoomPro microphone that has now failed outside of warranty. On their website, they advertise an Immortal Life Warranty Program that will give you a discount on a replacement or upgrade if their product fails outside of warranty. The company refused to provide a discount on the upgrade product which is the V-Moda BoomPro X.
