We have been working with the same CPA, ******, for about 20 years, but he made arrangements to let KCCW *** to take over his practice so that he can retire this year. We were unaware of this arrangement until he forwarded our LLC tax return to us on 3/9/2022 which was prepared by KCCW ***. Since the LLC return was due on 3/15/2022, we had no choice but to accept this new CPA firm, KCCW ***, to prepare our tax returns this year for both LLC business return and our family individual tax returns. Our contact person at KCCW *** is ****************; he prepared and e-filed our tax returns but he left us in the dark and helpless by ignoring our emails and calls which is very rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. Now he asked us to pay first, or he will not provide anything for our questions below. Below are our questions that he has never responded to: Q1: asked phaseout for********* and *************** (emailed 3/21, 4/1, 4/2) Q2: asked e-file receipt for each return (emailed 3/14, 3/30, 4/6, 4/10, 4/11) Q3: asked about *** Notice due 5/2/22 (emailed 4/11, 4/13, 4/26 and called 4/13, 4/14) We also emailed and called ****** regarding *** notice on 4/27, but still no response, so we ended to pay the notice on 5/1/22 without understanding why. Apparently it was a mistake made by ********* but he does not want to admit. Q4: asked final digital (PDF) copy of each tax return (emailed 8/7, 8/8, 8/14), but he refused to provide. He kept saying the preliminary copy he sent us for review were the final copy, but it has "DO NOT MAIL" on each every page. In the past 20 years, we have never had to prepay nor we have ever late pay. We always pay when we received the final PDF copy of tax returns. He has ignored our emails and calls; now if we pay him first, I don't believe he will ever provide above requested answers/documents. Please help ask ********* at KCCW *** to provide answers and/or documents for above 4.
