      I ace an order in May for 3 products. Tracking shows it arrived in Catherdral June 15th and had not move for a month. Contacted via email numerous times telling me to just be patience. July 15th I contacted on **************** 16th was told a replacement would be sent. Followed up many time ************* nothing. August 16th someone looked into & disconnected tried multiple times since. Aug 19th had 30min call with Manager ****** stating US deliveries are 1-2 weeks delivered *** and would get back to me. Nothing. Contact this morning and was texting with them 1am PT. Was told Manager ****** is handling my order#***** and would arrive in 2hrs (3am PT, asked if ****** could contact me 6am PT)... NOTHING!! Not answering nor answering US #************

      I placed ORDER #***** on 05/17 for $45.45. Shipping did take very long so I reached out and was provided a tracking number. When I reached back out saying the tracking number didnt work they told me to wait so I did. When the link started working it then said it was delivered to **********. I live in ************. After it stated it was delivered the representative stopped responding. They did not respond to a refund inquiry

      Placed an order on 5/10/2023 Order # ***** on their website Had not heard anything about the shipment. Shipping was to be 3-7 days I emailed *********************************** (Please see attached copies of emails I can even forward them to BBB if need be to prove they have not been altered) Emailed on 5/25/2023 asking if my order had been shipped as it has been 15 days since I placed the order. And asked how long do orders take to process. ********************* reached back out on 5/26/2023 saying they were working on it to get back to me with tracking. Hadn't not heard anything further. I had been checking my PO box just in case it was shipped with out getting an email with a tracking number. Have still not reached anything it is 6/10/2023 a whole month since the date I placed my order. Received an email from the company asking if I had received my package on 6/4/2023 which I had not so I replied on 6/5/2023 asking when this had shipped as last I heard it had not. Received an email from someone named Perpetual asking me to confirm my shipping address which I sent and have not heard anything back from anyone who works there. Please help I would like a refund or my items shipped asap with proof.

      I ordered 3 products on February 18th, 2023. It is April 5th, 2023 today and I have not received my items. I placed a 2nd order (not realizing how long it had been since I placed the 1st order without receiving it) on March 15th and now I am out ****** dollars. I have emailed multiple times asking for full refunds with 0 response from the supposed manager *********************.

      I purchased from the companies website in February, it was told I would receive my items in two weeks. I sent them a message through chat, and some automatic system said to check the tracking number, and the tracking number leads to nowhere. The tracking number given doesnt exist. I sent them a numerous amount of emails and they have yet to respond back to me. Ive never seen a tracking number or received one. I have been frauded and I would like my money back.

      I made a purchase with this company on 2/27 and have been reaching out to ascertain when my order would be shipped because they say on the website it will be shipped immediately. No one returns ** ails or answers the number that is listed. I just want my money refunded and be done because they are scammers.

      I ordered products from them back in January. Its it now March and I have not received my products. I have emailed and emailed with not responses and the number on their website does not work. When they did response to me they gave me a tracking number and that number said it was delivered in ********** and I live in *******. And I emailed them again and then they told me they were shipping it again a couple weeks ago and they never told me if that tracking number was a mistake or they really did send it to the wrong address. Im still emailing them about where my order is and I want a refund and they are not responding! I spent $63.41 and I want it back and my products!

      I purchased an item for ***** and I never received it. Its been almost 2 months since I placed the order. They gave me a fake tracking number and then told me the order was lost. They told me they would send me a new tracking number and never did. Ive been sending them emails back to back and now they wont even reply. Super upsetting. I would like a refund.

      I purchased a product from this company last year and never received it. The first email I sent to inquire a woman name ****** replies to confirm my address in which I did. They have since not responded to numerous emails of me just wanting a refund at this point. This is fraud and completely unacceptable. I want my money back!

      On November 4th, 2022 I made a purchase with this company & never received what I paid for. I was alerted when I received an email stating that my order shipped but there was no tracking number. I tried to email & call them but their phone number didn't work & neither did their email. I tried direct messaging them on Instagram (that's where I originally found them) & was able to contact them. First they sent me a bogus tracking number & when I pointed it out they sent me another tracking number the next day. It was on a sketchy site, not ***************** DHL, LaserShip or any other known delivery service sight. Now I keep getting emails stating if I received my package or there's a delay at their warehouse. I can't even email them back because it reads this email doesn't exist; but they can somehow email me.
