This company is outright scamming elder citizens out of their homes . Who gets 300,000 dollars worth of home improvements . You just absolutely buy another home for that price . This case is still in court, SO glad I have audio of a family member pretending to be the homeowner taking out loans . It's sad , how companies & so called family will do anything for money 💰, my mom died earlier this year & you can't even grieve , having to deal with this foolishness.

First...this home improvement contract signed legally by the home owner , and the $300,000 is for a full house renovation including flooring full kitchen bathroom solar system HVAC system painting insulation stucco .
Christopher saying that he have recording of his family member pretending to be his mom during the funding process , if his family member pretending to be the homeowner you need to figure it out with him, we are not the loan company this is a third party company that financing the project. nothing related to LA Green.
Christopher's sister was involved in the process so you can not say it was elder citizens scamming..
Christopher never was involved on any of the process and now after his mother passed ** found out that there is a loan on the property and he is trying to avoid any payment.

Like I stated , my mother who died in January, lived at this address from 1971 until 2022 . She has been in & out of the hospital for the last 4 years surgeries, bad spinal cord can't walk , in wheelchairs . She's been without solar , hvac , did not need an additional bathroom. She's had a reverse mortgage on her home sense 2005 , so she didn't have to worry about a mortgage payment ? So all of a sudden while she's in & out of rehabilitation centers , hospitals constantly for several months at a time until her death for the last 3 to 4 years she wants all this work done on her home ? My mom's on social security payments monthly, that's her only income , her daughter Maxine Washington, Who's on the audio recording pretending to be my mother . She has no job , & has been living off my mother sense 2006 , now tell me how , & who can afford to pay 3,500 dollars a month for 30 years. As I stated Maxine has no job , i believe my mother was lied too , was told it was a government program & that the work was absolutely free . Maxine is in on this scam with this company, & the laon companies , that's why She's on the audio recording acting as if she's my mother. While my mom lay in a hospital bed in a rehabilitation Maxine is the one depositing checks of 3,5554 , and also a check for 7,000 dollars . All this is going on while my mother isn't around the house , Maxine is doing all of this paperwork, & signing documents ,sadly while her mom lay dying in a rehabilitation center . I have proof of dates of my mother being admitted in the hospitals & or rehabilitation centers . Like I said , Maxine is the person responsible for this big mess. She has no work history for more than 20 years , but she definitely has a drug history & drug problems . She had absolutely no right to be acting like my mom , & most of all she can't pay rent or a mortgage anywhere. That's why she was living at my mom's house with the reverse mortgage. I don't know if she was paid something under the table . But it's clearly fraud to me & most coworkers, family & friends believe. Also the owner of the company was so insensitive about my mothers death , saying I didn't have no relationship with my mom 💔 that is so cruel . Maxine also has another brother here in Corona , She told him absolutely noting about a loan or any payments. Absolutely nothing .
