I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal service provided by Air Tahiti Nui during my recent travels, both on my flight from *** to PPT and from PPT to ***. My experience with this airline was nothing short of a nightmare, marred by multiple instances of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.Firstly, my flight from *** to PPT was abruptly canceled due to the airline's failure to have an available aircraft. Shockingly, this was not an isolated incident, as the same flight had been canceled the night before. The proposed solution offered by Air Tahiti Nui was to rebook us on another flight departing a staggering 24 hours later. This irresponsible decision would have resulted in not only the loss of a precious night in an overwater bungalow, costing us approximately $1500 USD, but also the forfeiture of a full day excursion valued at around $500 USD. Such callous disregard for passengers' time and financial commitments is utterly unacceptable.Furthermore, the flight from PPT to *** was plagued by delays, causing us to miss our connecting flight home. This forced us to incur additional expenses to arrange alternative flights, adding further inconvenience and frustration to an already disastrous journey.Despite filing claims with the airline regarding these distressing experiences, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of accountability from Air Tahiti Nui. This complete lack of follow-up and customer service only serves to compound the egregious mishandling of our travel arrangements.In conclusion, my interactions with Air Tahiti Nui have left me thoroughly disillusioned and deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise against entrusting this airline with your travel plans, as their incompetence and disregard for customer well-being are simply inexcusable.
