I was told by an *********** attendant that I had to purchase a ticket online when attempting to park at the economy parking section at LAX. I went to the referred website and spent $177 dollars to park from 7/1-7/4. The attendant then told me that I had to park at the P1 garage since that is the ticket I purchased (the other tickets were sold out). After arriving at the P1 garage, the ** code from the ticket I purchased didnt work so I had to pull another paper ticket from the garage to enter the P1 lot. Now *** is attempting to double charge me for the paper ticket in addition to the digital ticket I purchased online.Id like to formally file a complaint for predatory business practices from the *** parking garage, denying me service at economy parking and then double charging me for parking at P1.I do not want to be charged for the additional ticket. Thank you

Upon arrival to the special assistance for wheelchair requests area in LAX terminal B, our information was taken by airport representative. We arrived 3 hours early to get to our flight on time to get something to eat. Airport personnel skipped over us until the last minute in the special assistance area where we were waiting for a wheelchair. We were unable to obtain food as the boarding had already commenced. It was difficult to ascertain why we skipped. Every single person was taken before us- even if they arrived after us. I am left to think it may have been due to a discrimination felt by said representative. We did everything we were told to do in order to plan for a smooth flight. This experience left us in a bad way and sheds a negative light on the LAX Airport where people with disabilities are concerned. My husband is a diabetic and was in desperate need of a full meal. The small "just-in-case" snack we packed to tide him over didn't do the trick. He felt anxious and a little ill the whole flight. Disabilities can be unseen, slight or even temporary. it's not up to the airport personnel to confer judgement by withholding services based on a knee-**** judgement. Please explain what the regulations are that would preclude the individual's decision to prohibit conferring a wheelchair to a needy patron of the LAX Airport establishment. And, why was no wheelchair there to meet us on the return trip? We had to request one again even tough we had it requested on our account on both departure & arrival of both to and from air reservations in Los Angeles and Mexico. MEX got both requests and executed perfectly. Please provide an explanation to your public for the behavior indicated in the above written passage. Thank you.
