      I took my wife and two kids at the airport and wanted to walk them to the gate because shes pregnant and cant handle both kids by herself plus her carry on. Other airlines allow this. Even the staff at the airport said this is allowed. But Philippines airlines has to ok it and they wouldnt. So, my pregnant wife had to push a stroller with my two year old son, pull a carry on, and keep track of my 4 year old daughter, by herself. Very selfish airline staff. Even the other airport staff was surprised they wouldnt let me walk them to the gate.

      Do not transfer here staff leads you in circles and turns their backs on customers to whisper amongst themselves endlessly leaving passengers clueless one of the most complicated uneffcient processes for check in and transfer just avoid at all cost both transfers were horrible.

      Me, my husband and my 10 yr old son was denied of entry in the airlines amd asked to pay a rebooking fee for a no show higher than a regular 1 way ticket. We have been going back and forth to the Philippines from United States to visit family and relatives and so we are familiar with the rules and regulations. It just so happened that the immigration officer in charge is new and her supervisor apologized to us for the delay. The ground attendant and the immigration supervisor coordinated already that they are almost done and please bear with the delay.
      Sad to say, PAL treated us poorly and didnt even consider that we have minor with us travelling.

      We are demanding for a refund or a waived rebooking fee.

      We experienced the worst **************** in our entire life! I have the names of those employees who treated us so bad! We are a paying clients and we don't beg for free flights. They have to give us what we paid for!

      They treat customers like dogs. No courtesy. No answering the phone. No service announcements on flight delays. Flight was delayed boarding they don't announce why. Had to ask after 30 min was told the plane was late coming in and they don't know when it will take off. There was no announcement snd we were not spoken to for one hour. We then boarded and sat for 1.5 hours with no explanation until I asked them to announce why. They said the cargo people where late coming. Just what we need to sit an hour and a half in a seat before 14.5 hours sitting. They have No communication to the passengers ***** like they treat them like mute stupid people. Very disrespectful indeed. Also no one answers the phones not one Americsn operator on USA time. We booked them so we could save time and not connect from LAX to Manila. Paid $9,000. For 2 biz seats. Next time we travel one world alliance and connect so we can talk to a phone agent snd be treated not like some dumb animal. I'm said we wasted$9,000 to be treated like such shot

      Don't buy a ticket from this Airline.

      I spent 5600.00 dollars on tickets from the US to the Philippines, we followed the Covid symptoms requirements, one of us tested positive we called and informed the airline right away. We wanted to make it to our Ticket time the day of, but we unable as all of use sleep in the same bed, we should all have tested positive, since one of us did and we live in such close proximity. My wife would have went but we have 2 kids that need to go too, and lots of luggage. There would have been no way with the amount of people and stuff that needed to go. So she stayed with me. These fall under the medical exemption, as we would have went. The passenger *** tested positive also had 0 symptoms.

      The only Philippine airline office that responds or does anything at all is the Toronto office,
      everyone else makes you wait an 1 H 30 minutes and then disconnects you. I've actually spent over 8 hours on the phone with not a single person picking up.

      The only person who helped me even once but couldn't do anything was a wonderful lady at the Toronto Office named Susan.

      The only person who received a refund was the covid sick person.

      We would just rebook with them, but they won't fly out of Cleveland so we would have to get 4 new tickets to somewhere they do.

      The service with the exception of Susan, has been appalling and basically robbery.

      I filed for refund due to covid medical reasons. The **************** say after the initial request, it can take 3 months to get my refund back. Now I emailed them again, it says 6 months to get my refund. Can someone address this issue. I understand a month or 2 but for 6 months??? I mentioned medical issue so I need the money. Please help
