Date of transactions: Oct 25 2022, Aug 18, 2022, Aug 16 2022 The amount of money paid: $283.23, $429.32, $150 What the business committed to provide you: One night hotel stay What the nature of the dispute is: I stayed at their hotel in ************ for one night. They charged me three times without any heads-up, receipt and payment details. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I called the front desk of the hotel. The people say they don't handle financial issues. Don't want to waste more of my time finding the right point of contact. I and my partner ************ stayed at Level Hotel on July 9th 2022. They evicted us out of our hotel room with no warning under no reason with only 10 mins to gathering our belongings. After leaving with ZERO damages to the room and property we were charged a $750 fee with no explanation to the charge. The room was dirty upon arrival and the ac unit in the room was not working upon arrival as well. I've attached proof of the booking and the original room rate we were given.
