      On November 14, 2021 i purchased a used refrigerator from Boss Appliances for $650; it was paid fully in cash. They offered me a 4 month warranty on the item. When the item was delivered, I noticed that a glass piece was missing from the refrigerator. I called the next day and they said they'd call back (as they always said everytime I called and never returned my call). A week after this, the refrigerator wasn't cooling anymore and thus my groceries went bad. I also called and let them know about the issue so they could fix it based on the warranty they offered. I've been given a total of 5 appointments and and they have not showed up but once and that was only to "check out" the problem but did not fix it. As of this complaint letter, the problem still is not fixed and they have "ghosted" our calls and do not seem to care about resolving the issue at all. I have spoken to a total of 4 different employees and the end result is always the same. They are very unprofessional and the last "appointment" they gave me, was not even submitted to their list as the told me on the phone. I can not buy any groceries because they will go bad in the refrigerator and the business does not seem to care in the least. I am hoping to receive a refund due to negligence and them not staying true to their contract.

      I bought a fridge raider last month from boss appliances refrigerator does not work at all I called them they came out they fixed it the next day it broke down I called them again they keep saying they gonna replace it never came out it's a month later I called them again oh we coming out Monday here it is Tuesday I called them back they blocked me I'll called from a another number they blocked me I called the store they screening my calls they won't answer I called him again still screening my calls no answer I lost $600 in food behind this fridge, I bought a $900 f broken fridge raider, I'm stuck with a broken fridge right now I have to turn around and buy a new fridge raider thank you boss appliances for your *******

      I have bought a fridge raider boss appliances two months ago ever since I got the fridge raider it's not working I called them they come out to fix it it's not working I'll call them back out again they come out and fix it stopped working I asked him to please give me another fridge raider or I want my money back they said they can't get my money back they will replace it or give me my money back I lost $300 in food in the fridge raider

      On 8/10/21 I buy a used stove, washer and dryer from Boss Appliancesthey told me they will deliver on 8/11 but they didn't until 8/13 the next day stove didn't work I call to let them know they went to pick it up on 8/15 and they brought me a loaner stove until they fix my stove they never called me to update the status of my stove until I decide to call on 8/20 the employe name ***** told me that they haven't fix my stove until next week after that no one call me to keep me updated I keep calling few several times with no answer from my stove until finally on 8 /27 I spoke with ***** the manager and he told me that I have to stay with the loaner stove because my stove is for sale at the store when I went to the store on 8/28 and saw my stove they didn't fix it but they don't want to give me back my stove that I purchased since the beginning.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/30) */ The customer first purchased a stove and washer and dryer on 08/10/21. it was delivered 8//12/21. After delivery 3 days after he called saying his wife didn't like the stove and the washer and dryer set so he wanted an exchange. We agreed and we scheduled a delivery to exchange the stove and washer and dryer set for 8/18/21. The exchange was due to customer changing his mind and never said they didn't work. Customer called once more and said he wanted an exchange because the stove was not "working" original stove was deliver and when we received the previous stove was in bad conditions and dirty and it was working. Customer called and wanted an update on the stove we took when he had already agreed on keeping the original purchased stove. customer showed up to the store with 4+ people threating our staff and as stated on our policy we don't tolerate that type of behavior and his warranty was void. The finance company was notified of this issue and they also dont tolorate that type of behavor. As of 08/28/21 we do not have any business with this customer.
