  I have been going on since 2021 a case of art gallery services I have been submitting their information to post a artist profile and they dont cooperate they want I close the complaint case but they dont help to post anything they keep sending back the emails saying they need a new submission and they also charged me 55 apart from the 150 dollars i did pay them and nothing is working i never signed any terms and policies only payed with ****** and now they are saying on the terms and policies it says no rerund i never signed a terms and services contract only payed them money with the interest payements through ******. I need help with this case they dont want to give me my refund money back and i dont receive any services at all. I got a counselor and also doctor due to the stress of dealing with this problem legally and through email. I have proof i have gone to the doctor also due to stress.

I've already responded a few weeks ago but wanted to check to see if you received my email. Please note that we do provide artists with a full service on their portfolios but are not responsible for editing their artist statement. Our Terms & Conditions state the following: Your artist statement will need to be of high quality, "flow" naturally, have no major typographical or grammatical errors, and be at least 700 words in length written in the third person. This will ensure that Art Show International maintains its reputation for presenting the highest professional standards which art-lovers worldwide have come to expect from our gallery. ANY STATEMENT LESS THAN 500 WORDS WILL DELAY PUBLICATION. If you'd rather have our Editorial Team write a professional artist statement for you, please click here to submit a request. Remember that we'll still need complete biographical information from you to base your portfolio on those facts, so you'll still need to fill out this page. We further state on our submission page that "Our Editorial team is looking for about 700 words or more of typo-less, grammatically correct write-up presented in the third person that they can use to build your page. Your live publication will be delayed until your artist statement comprises of at least 500 words. THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT." **. ******* has been working on behalf of an artist, and to that end, has communicated with us over the past few months. However, her inability to write up a proper essay that meets the word and other requirements we have for all artists has been the cause for concern. We have communicated with her on eight separate occasions, each time helping her with a draft copy of the statement. Our professional jury members and editorial team consist of eminent art sn are paid for this job, and irrespective of whether an artist is able to deliver a final version of the artist statement or not, get paid nonetheless. We clearly indicate that there are no refunds in the event that an artist is unwilling or unable to provide us with a proper statement within a reasonable period of time. However, each time she had provided us with a version that was almost identical to the previous one submitted. We have spent valuable time and resources on this, and requested her to send us a grammatically correct and factually accurate statement. Unfortunately, **. ******* decided not to proceed with publishing this artist's portfolio, but instead lodged a complaint against us. I request that this complaint be purged from the record immediately, since it is a topic we've done our best to resolve amicably and within our policy guidelines. We're still willing to consider her written draft as long as there's a significant alteration in **. *******'s original draft in a way to soothe the editors.
