I ordered a Bluetooth cable from this company on 5/2/2022. Received the cable on 5/27/2022. The cable did not work correctly, with no lower frequencies (bass) at all. Emailed the company and conversed with someone named *********. He told me that the cable was made of copper and needed 100 hours to "burn in" and the bass frequencies would then be apparent. I played music through the cable for 12 days constantly (over 250 hours) and there was no difference in sound. I emailed ********* again and was told to ship the cable back to him for warranty repair, which I did. About 10 days later I received notification that the cable had been shipped back. There had been no contact at all from the company during the 10 days. When I emailed ********* again he told me the cable had been repaired and to contact him after I received it. When I received it there was no difference in sound again and I emailed ********* immediately. That was on 7/22/2022. They have not answered any of my emails since, and there is no phone number on the website. I just want to return it for credit, as it doesn't work correctly and is not usable.Business response
