The nickel and dime-*** in previous reviews is legit. Started a policy on Friday, successfully with all required documentation. Got a text that an odometer photo was required. By Tuesday I had a $52 dollar charge for not submitt*** this photo quickly. Company gets you in with a low down payment but ends up cost*** more than a regular policy after the fees.

This auto insurance company will nickel and dime you constantly. They charge you for a dormant vehicle, one not on the road, not being driven, every day. This adds up and unfortunately, I chose to let them automatically withdraw $ when a payment was due which was a mistake. I was charged their $30.00 fee which they have decided as the amount of money to deduct once they calculate miles driven plus all the daily dormant charges. I was charged $30 on Nov 28th and again on Dec 2nd per my bank and their explanation was not satisfactory. Would not recommend this auto insurance company as they are constantly withdrawing money from my bank even when you are not at risk for any harm I.e. your car is safely parked in your garage and no mileage has occurred. **************** very poor. They again withdrew $30 on the day I canceled my policy and they still charged me $ for that day and I am awaiting their decision on my .refund which will be far less than the $30 they took that day.as they calculate mileage since they last checked odometer readings and, of course, the daily charges. I reviewed reputable auto insurance companies, and right up front online, they do not charge for dormant vehicles.

I'm new and already made an error they fixed it as quick as Monique could get authorization, 3 minutes I think . So far very satisfied and she was so patient because I'm always in a rush ,all in all easy website , good people

Just Insure has been a very good and affordable insurance for my cars. I don't drive too much, so, they are definitely cheaper for me. Also, I forget to turn on my trip monitor and don't calculate the miles I drove (which I do often), and they figure out the correct amount by my photo of my odometer every month. I wish I knew about them years ago!! Anyways, I know now!, so, I know who to call whenever I need insurance on a car. 🙂👍

I was having problems with my prior insurance company so I looked this company up and I spoke with a lady named Antoinette . When I tell you outstanding customer service she's the one she explained everything to me from top to bottom left to right inside and out and made me understand the policy totally and how it works before I accepted the terms and got the insurance policy I recommend her and this company not only are you saving a lot of money you're speaking with people that don't talk down to you they talk to you and that's what we need in life more of them
