I ordered a $**** supercharger on ******** ***** After 6 months of unanswered E-mails, TXTs, and phone calls finally got them to answer, they said they didn't have the parts I ordered but had better more expensive parts. I politely requested a refund and they agreed. that was 3 weeks ago, and now they simply won't answer the phone. I launched a fraud investigation with my bank to get my money back.Business response

******* Bought a 1.9 eaton supercharger kit that included a water pump, accessory drive kit, fuel rails, injectors, supercharger, supercharger zl1 lid, wiring harness, and a heat exchanger. I paid a higher price for their top shelf injectors and heat exchanger. The package came and sat a the shop un-opened waiting for my vehicles turn. I come to the shop on the first of the build to unpack all parts and no injectors. I spoke with **** at boost district twice who told me he would look into the purchase. I then emailed him 2 screen shots of the online purchase that includes a total of *******,It's been 3 weeks since we spoke and I'm beginning to wonder if the sales records are being saved.
