Absolute crooks. Will charge you a $250 for any spec of dirt in the car. Will be cheap but they'll just make it up on the backend. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

What a scam. Horrible customer service both at the office and corporate. Total rip off hidden fees. A car that wouldnt lock and stalled out twice. Left 3 messages no return call. Took 3 weeks for them to investigate. Found that car would not look but as per corporate that can happen at anytime. Never found any mechanical issues. States that team members didnt receive a message. This place needs to be shut down

Do not try to rent here. Even when you already bought car insurance online, they will insist you to buy another insurance from them on site. This business is a rent-a-car and scam at the same time.

I arrived from out of state and made a reservation for a rental car. When i got to the rental counter they told me I needed my declaration page from my insurance and a utility bill. How would I have that? I just arrived from out of state. Seemed to be a bait and switch scam. You have to buy our insurance or we will take you to a place to buy insurance. I also had my credit card insurance that covered my rental. Ill never use you guys again and will warn others to stay far away. I originally booked the reservation from Expedia. Expedia offered my car insurance which I also bought. U save said that the Expedia car rental insurance could not be used !WTF? The employees were friendly, clearly being used by their corporate masters who are to chicken to face the customers them selves. Quite a number of ****** off customers in lobby. I actually gave a ride to one of them to another rental car company.

Rented a car from u save rental thur Expedia for our vacation to ******* ******* thinking it was a good deal for $169.42 for six days plus $70 for insurance ,But when we got to the U SAVE RENTALS the manager refused to except ***************** and made us buy another insurance and charged us again $435.39 for car ****** and $200 for deposit ,so now iam paying $640 plus $200 deposit for a car rental that should have cost me $240, they now we are tourists where we going to complain we dont have luxury of time This is a plain fraud and doing it to senior citizen is disgusting ******

Had previous booking with EconomyBooking.com, canceled due to ** hurricane . Now, they say it will be 30 days for any reimbursement. Booking #B89425314.Just finished travel (new booking with Economy)A) they put us with U-Save car rental (avoid this company). Waited for 30 minutes in hot sun before being picked up. B) Staffs: ****, suggested to rent somewhere else if weren't happy with $27.50 to return the car before opening hours. Reservation specifically for returning at 6 am. Staff said not their problem that we booked with a car rental broker (that theyre doing business with!) C) Economy emailed to purchase full coverage, which we did bought full coverage with economy, U-Save said they will not honor it and for us to purchase their full coverage which is almost $300 for 4 days ! Which we refused the highway robbery bait and switch scam ! Called Economy 9/6 today said that it only covers incidents like scratches, not liabilities or accidents, NO REFUND! D) Dirty, dents and scratches all over the car! Left us waiting in the Sun for another 15 minutes for representative to mark the car before we could take it, Representative didn't want to mark them on report, had to insist but still didn't do it until I started to video recorded the condition of the car. AFTER ALL THAT, I WENT BACK INSIDE THE PREMISE AND ASK FOR ALL THE NAME AND PERSON THAT TOLD ME TO GO RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. EVERYONE REFUSE TO GIVE ME A BUSINESS CARD AND ALL PRETEND TO NOT KNOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT TOLD ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Spoke to Economy today, September 6, 2023, at 4:20 pm for 20 minutes, representative said they couldn't do anything . Will continue to share my experience to warn people.

-0 stars!!!!!!!! This company is a complete scam!!! I rented a car from them on 7/25 drive it to my hotel which was 45 mins away and parked him. When I got back in the car that night it had a flat tire so I called them. They told me I would be responsible for it since I didnt use their insurance. I told them to just come get the car.I had to end up calling the corporate office for help. ***** and *** were very rude and no help at the local location. They received the car back and proceeded to tell me they will charge me $600 because the tire and rim was damaged??? $600 for a freaking ********** tire!!!! Then I proceed to call corporate back and the the woman answers once I tell her why Im calling we get disconnected. I try to call back several times and now no one is picking up!!!! I will never rent another car from this place ever again in my life!!!! They need to be shut down!! They definitely did not care about me or my familys experience or well being while visiting ******* for vacation!!

I was a lil hesitant to book with this company due to reviews I have read. My experience is as follows. ************ pick up from the airport. I was suprised to find out the rental car pick up is not at the airport. There is a short ride to the the pick up location. The price I was quoted at was not what I ended up having to pay, you have to add in there liability insurance and then the quick pass. So I ended up paying double what was quoted via priceline. However I may have had to pay more than that with other rental companies. Drop off was quick and ************* ******************* was also quick. It took the whole 10 days to have my deposit refunded. So overall not bad. Car itself was clean and no issues while using it. Staff were professional with no complaints in that department. I would book again.

I have never in my life been treated as poorly as I was at this poor excuse of a car rental agency. I absolutely should have read the reviews prior to booking. When I arrived, before I could even say what I was there for, the man behind the counter asked me if I read the fine print. I said yes, thinking he meant the general information about rental car policies. But apparently, he meant the fine print saying the rental deposit amount was $2000 and he needed a major credit card for that. I rented this car through Priceline and never saw a single sentence or disclosure with that amount so I stepped to the side to pull up my email confirmation, which actually said $1000. I stepped back up to the counter to confirm that amount and they also reminded me that I could only drive the cars 100 miles over an 8-day rental. Im local to ** (my car is in the shop) and on the website the mileage allotment said 100/day not 100 total. I showed the rep that information and they said No, it is 100 miles for the entire rental. Knowing that the mileage fees are astronomical, and the deposit was way more than I was willing to have sitting on a credit card for a week, I left without a car and am now scrambling to secure transportation while I wait for my car to be done in the shop.

ZERO STARS. Got charged an extra $120 in extra fees. Also had to pay extra to drop the car off after hours which is absolutely absurd. The only person I cared for at this company was the woman that shuttled ** from ******************* to their rental location. She was wonderful. OTHERWISE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Youre going to pay at least $300 for only 4 days of rental so you might as well go with someone reputable.
