    I have an EV and have since January 2020. That entire time, I have had a greenlots account. I pay $25/ month for charging as long as I don't start a charge between 3pm and 8pm on weekdays. If I start a charge during that window, I am charged additional fees since that is prime time. At some point, ************* bought greenlots. I had a balance of over $70 in my wallet in their app. I got an email from them saying that they had topped off my wallet since I had gone through all of the money that was in there. I know for a fact that I have not charged AT ALL during prime time. I called their customer service a few days ago, and the lady said that my account was inactive so I was being charged for all sessions and had been for a while (clearly long enough to go through almost $100 at this point. ) I explained that I had never inactivated my account and that I want the money from all of those charging sessions refunded. She said she'd have someone contact me but would reactivate my account. I have not heard from anyone. Tonight again, I came to charge my car and when I put my rfid card to the scanner, it said something to the effect of 'no account found'. I called customer service again and the lady asked if I wanted to use my credit card or my wallet. I told her I wanted to use my regular membership subscription. She told me that it was inactive and, once again reactivated it. I don't even know exactly how much money these guys owe me because the charging history part of the app won't open. I wouldn't shut this account off any more than I'd turn my home power off. It's crazy. I'm an uber driver. This is my livelyhood.I need my money returned, I need them to stop charging my credit card to fill my wallet, I need access to the part of the app that shows my charge history so I can keep an eye on this. They also need to get all of the chargers working. PGE is contracted with this one company that was bought by a corp who wants EVs to fail.

    Charged $20 for twenty minute charge. Usually its $2.00. No way to reach them on app. Bought by shell I think
