7/29/2024 Monday at approximately 5:45 PM service provided to me by this Service Agent at ***, *************************************** with ERMC Aviation Services was a horrible experience. She talked very rude to me with no provocation and initiated words of demands to me, telling you cannot move the chair! After I moved the wheelchair I was seated in to allow appropriate spacing between myself and another traveler; when she lined us up elbow-to-elbow next to one another and then a 3rd traveler to my right as though we were ornaments. The female traveler next to me was wearing a mask and obviously indicated she was self guarding. After I shifted my wheelchair backward, (re-positioned) agent *************************************** stated to me in a very nasty negative tone, You are going to sit next to people on the plane anyway This worker was there to assist disabled travelers, they do not own us and seem to view us as less than human. It then struck me as odd that she behaved this way as I noticed she her self was disabled. Who was she to make the choice for me to sit in such close confinement and rebuke my efforts for a more comfortable situation as I had a 4 hour wait due to a flight change/ Delay of flight DL3846. This company hires workers that treat travelers as we are bothersome and do not deserve respectful treatment. I hope the company views this comment and consider looking into the actual behavior of some of its agents. Without disabled travelers, ERMC Aviation Services would not have a company/ business.

Abusive supervisors and poor management of work ethics. 12 hour shifts, no breaks, and they take it out of your pay anyways. Calling out sick leads to termination and vacation time is not paid upon expiration. Seek a better place to work.

I dropped off my in-laws at the ***** terminal this afternoon and shocked on how this company treated elderly passengers that needed wheelchair assistance. They made us wait for a long time, plus told passengers traveling in pairs, like my in-laws, that they would be transported separately due to lack of agents. I couldn't believe how insensitive the manager, ****, treated these poor elderly passengers. Threatening them that they couldn't travel together to the gate. They definitely need "sensitivity" training. I called the main number and they simply called ****. They refused to provide his supervisor's name and number. Now I know why they are not part of BBB. ERMC is unfortunately making *** and ***** Airlines look really bad. Perhaps someone needs to file an ADA ******* since they do not fully accommodate individuals with disabilities. My mother in-law was left stranded at the gate with nobody to assist her. Shame on you ERMC!
