I have used Yumi on and off over the past couple of years for both of my children. I just picked it back up and I have received 3 weeks worth of food from my monthly Yumi subscription and each week has had issues - sending incorrect items that were not selected as a part of my order or sending this where the quality is terrible and the food is unusable. I requested a full refund for my monthly payment and was told I needed to provide pictures again. I have provided pictures in the past for the same issues and they continue to happen over and over. The quality control is non-existent and I am fed up and cancelled my subscription. They will not provide a full refund for the food I am unable to use because they again have sent the wrong items. All I am looking for it to recoup the monthly subscription amount I was charged. I have cancelled my subscription and was told I'd receive a partial refund instead of a full refund. This company has been nothing but a headache since starting back up receiving weekly meals.Initial Complaint

In the last month I placed and order with **** for baby food... around $240 or so... The first order came, some of the ******** (as they call them on their website- which is false advertisement from the start the definition of a jar is ******** these are plastic containers)... half the containers were messy with food on the outside of the container... who is doing quality control here?? So after finding out that they are plastic, not glass.. I contacted the company.. cancelled and skipped my next delivery which they sent anyway.. have contacted them several times, customer service and the "guide," ad have not heard anything back at all. I've probably written them 4x now. I will pay for the one order that I got with the initial order, but honestly since this product is sold under a false description and have been a mess when they arrive packed fine.. this is from the facility and them not cleaning the containers (bc they are not jars) off properly. That is a health risk in its own. I would like a full refund, but will prorate it for the 1 that I asked to receive.. not the others that i skipped (and they sent the one anyway). I will be seeking a lawsuit if I am not refunded. Thank you, *****Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/14) */ This customer reached out to our customer service on March 3rd asking for a representative without giving any context of the initial problem with our product. An email was sent by one of our customer service representatives as requested with no response from their end. A second email was opened by March 13th, there, a refund for the unwanted and affected packages was processed so this customer has already been compensated with a total of $185.79 refund. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/03/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) HOWVEVER! they are still falsely advertising their product... as jars. jar: a wide-mouthed cylindrical container ****made of glass or pottery and typically having a lid, used especially for storing food. I still feel that I am entitled to a full refund but will accept this.
