      Subject: Formal *************************** Delays and Mismanagement **ABBA Bail Bonds Service** **[900 ************* #***]** **[***********, **, 90012]**Dear Sir/*****,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against ABBA Bail Bonds Service for the unsatisfactory service and mismanagement experienced on December 23rd and 24th, 2023, concerning the bail bond for the amount of $275,000.On December 23rd, I completed the required payment of $8,450 at 6:00 AM, with the assurance from your agent that the bond would be posted within 8 hours. This assurance was critical as it influenced my decision to employ your services, especially under the pressing circumstance of wanting to reunite with my family for Christmas.However, despite the promise and the urgency of the situation, I was informed at midnight on December 24th that the bail had not been posted. This was not only distressing but also contrary to the assurances given by your agent earlier. The explanation provided that the bond could not be posted due to the unavailability of the manager/owner is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and reliability of your service.The lack of proper communication and coordination within your team, especially in a service that deals with sensitive and urgent matters, is highly concerning. The delay caused significant emotional distress and disrupted our family plans for the holiday season.I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate actions to be taken against the responsible parties. Additionally, I expect a formal apology from ABBA Bail Bonds Service and a discussion of compensation for the inconvenience and emotional distress caused by this incident.I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.Sincerely,*********************************---

      BBB, thank you for the opportunity to provide our side of the story.  ***************************** is not a client of ours but we are aware of who she is as we bailed out her partner, *****************************.  ***************************** was never a part of the process nor did she pay to bail out ********* so her statement about making a payment at 6AM is not accurate.  We can provide picture of the actual payer who came into the office to make a partial cash and credit card payment.  It comes as a complete shock that she would complain and demand a refund for something she did not pay or was a process of.  I don't understand where the stress is coming from when she was never involved in any of the process.  The co-signers for ***************************** gave clear instructions for us not to provide any information to ***************************** as she was not willing to take on the responsibility of being a co-signer because she was unemployed.  We have applications and receipts we can provide as well as a testimony from ***************************** to confirm that ***************************** was not involved in the process or transaction.  In regards to her comments about our ***************** ******************************* did exactly what was correct and did not provide ***************************** any information for protection of signers and of *****************************.  We take our clients privacy very serios and abide by the ********** Privacy Notice.  Which states that we will ONLY disclose information as authorized by a client or as required or allowed by law.  We do not disclose any information to third parties in this case being ******************************


      I ask you to please review and reach out to me if you need me to provide a written statement from ***************************** who is our client which we bailed out on Dec. 25th.

      I literally paid $3500 *********************************** he's booking number is ******** you can look him up he's still in jail I try to build them out with your Abbervail bonds on June 21 I paid them the money on their website it says you can make payments through *************************** I chose to pay one payment on their website and $1500 in two payments ************ of 1000 each at all the same time and I don't know where I sign all the papers waiting two days they just in bailing out and get my money then I tried to file a dispute it took him three months my bank cores my bank and they told me that they've never seen anything like it they determine it's emergent is lying she is lying as she has the money she does have the money even there her account is and everybody says she has the money she has the money in her ******** and even ******** told me they could see her money in there the agent me she does it's all the time and she steals a millions of dollars from people I need my money back ******************* still in jail
