      . Our bookkeeper advised us of hidden/undisclosed fee in which we immediately contacted the bank and were given options along with forms in which were NEVER disclosed. We are asking for immediate refund $1,074.30 back into our account

Our management and employees take customer complaints seriously and make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution. We have investigated your concerns regarding the business checking analysis charges. During the investigation, we conducted a review of our internal records and systems, and concluded: **************************** account was opened on February 04, 2022 and a product disclosure with a fee schedule were provided to you at the time of account opening. On April 11, 2022, you inquired on the first analysis charge which appeared on your bank statement. The Branch Service Manager,**********, explained the current type of business account established and provided a copy to you of the product disclosure along with the fee schedule via email to ******************. The Branch Service Manager further explained how to avoid any additional charges going forward. On August 16, 2022 you inquired once again on another analysis fee which appeared on the July 2022 bank statement. Once again, the Branch Service Manager explained the type of account established, how to avoid any additional charges, and again provided the product disclosures along with the fee schedule via email to ******************. On August 16, 2022 a complaint was submitted to the ********************** ***** indicating your bookkeeper advised you there were hidden/undisclosed fees in the amount of $1,074.30. You immediately contacted the **************** Branch disputing the amount and were once again given options how to avoid any additional charges. On August 26, 2022, Hanmi Bank's Management Team decided to waive the analysis charges from February 2022 through July 2022 totaling in the amount of $1,803.46 (see breakdown below). With your authorization, the checking account type was changed from an account type of a Business Checking-Analysis to a Regular Business Checking account type, with the further agreement that, as long as the minimum daily balance of $2,500 is maintained, there will be no monthly maintenance fee of $8.00. We have determined that an account was established within Hanmi Bank's policy and procedure and a fee schedule was disclosed accordingly. However, based on your Banking relationship with us, we have made a business decision to accommodate your request. Attached to this response you will find the Account Change Form with your signature authorizing the **************** Branch to change the type of business checking account along with Disclosure of Account Terms and Fee Schedule.
