            They do not answer calls and do not answer emails. Only way to file / open a bank account for PNP is to visit the main location in Whilshire Los Angeles, no matter where you are from in United States. We went there on Friday coming from Las Vegas and was turned down as the rep requested additional information. The trip could have been avoided, and could have done acquired all information needsd prior to going their if they only answer their phone calls or answer their emails. Such a terrible company. The Manager Edith R ******* stops replying to emails.
