For Christmas 2023, my 14 year old daughter received Pixi Beauty products targeted for a young audience with Hello Kitty packaging. She used the product Glow Tonic for the first time on Feb 8th, 2024. She instantly received a chemical burn as a result. It is now 4 days later and her skin has peeled, been swollen the entire time and she has had redness of the skin that does not go away. Upon review this product contains Glycolic Acid which should be intended for mature skin. Its irresponsible to target this in the youthful packaging claiming to be apt for all skin types and natural when that ingredient is mixed in. Younger skin is far too sensitive for that type of product.Initial Complaint

Order# #****** ************************* placed an order with Pixi without my knowledge. As soon as the order was placed asked the order be canceled. They stated that the order was being processed and they couldn't cancel it which was no big deal. I had the idea I was going to send the items back no biggie. Well I got an email on September 2 these items were delivered. I asked neighbors and I check my surveillance Village these items were not delivered. I instantly reached out to them and told him the situation on September 2 which was a Friday. They are just now region back out to me on Monday September 5 tell me that my package was delivered. If the package has been delivered I was going to return the package. Also they stated I need to wait three days after September 2 to see if the package was going to arrive today has been three days. I would like a refund on this. The amount was $28.80Business response

I placed an online order on January 11, 2022. The order is #******. *** was the assigned carrier. ****** was used as form of payment. I received a notice a day later than the stated delivery date of Jan 26, 2022. I never received my makeup and skin care order. I made multiple attempts to work with the Pixi customer service via phone and chat feature in attempts of receiving my order. To date I never received a single return phone call, email or replacement order from Pixi. I was continually being told empty promises of plans to address my concern. As a repeat customer I was disheartened that my concerns were never addressed. My bank and ****** attempted to obtain the refund of 61.00. Each time Pixi refused to offer a refund or replacement. Pixi did not honor or value my business as a long term customer. I have a doorbell camera and no one ever stepped foot on my porch with a delivery. I am requesting a full refund.Business response
