Hi I recently purchased some hair extensions from this place . The lady suggested two packs of hair extensions I had a total of **** . She said it would be enough , since she's the professional I trusted her . I came home and tried them on and it was too thin for my thick hair . I put them back into their packaging , every single piece was inside . I took them back the next day with the receipt and let them know that it didn't work out . As soon , as I got there I was rudely welcome by a old man , and his son . I explained to them that the hair didn't work out for the thickness of my hair . The old man was extremely rude , he was very intimidating and verbally scared me . He was super rude and kept saying words of defamation against me like " some girls go out to party and then bring back the extensions " I proceeded to tell him that wasn't why I returned them , he said it so many times so I know he was directing that to me . I tried to work things out but they refused to . Then his son proceeds to say " we have a sign " of the return policy , but it was very hidden . I asked him " how can I see that , how can anyone see that " it's hidden , he stayed quiet . I was mentally challenged , I also feels as if the older guy was very mean and made me feel verbally abused. This business is very unprofessional , I even asked if they had much thicker hair , and said no . I work so hard for my money and this is unacceptable, specially the way they spoke to me , it was very sad for me . Their behavior towards me was disgusting , please help me . Not only did they scam me but I was talked to in a shameful way . No customer should ever go through this , specially with receipts . I was verbally abused, mentally , physically I started to get chest pain because of the situation I was in . I would like to get an apology and money back .
