      Translation placed early December Coming back two weeks later as I payed for expedited service .. the site was down saying they were moving .. I had already started contacting via an email and text number and no one has responded still to this day It wasnt until mid march that the product says it was delivered .. three months for a package to get from la?! No way..And to top it off I didnt receive the products. I cant tell if its even my door that it was dropped at as we have the same color doors and paint on all the apartments .. I just want my money and I want to move forward These were the only product that worked for ne and I dont even want to try with this company anymore .. this happen very similarly on my first order made as well.. It also said I would receive free products which are not shown on this packing list and my expedited shipping doesnt seem to be account for either

      On January 4, 2024 I made a purchase. Their website states that orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Today is February 16, 2024 and I have not received my order. I have tried contacting this company through email, text and Instagram and they have not responded. I want my money back.

      A purchase on 12/25/23 for $110.40 paid and stated it shipped. Getting a coupon for the holiday made another purchase on 1/3/25 for $108.90 paid and stated shipped. HOWEVER, after several emails, calls, text messages I have not received my product nor a full refund. The company is fully aware they have NOT fulfilled these orders; the receipt on the website states they are PAID and UNFULFILLED. No one has responded to my attempts to get my product or my money and if it were not for the fact Ive used this companies product previously Id say its a scam. The company keeps putting me on a subscription that I didnt ask for and had plans to deduct further moneys. Horrible company and per the reviews Im NOT the only person dealing with this scam artist.

      I purchased 3 items from this business on February 14, 2023 for a total of $79.69. They took the money out of my account and sent a confirmation email on February 15, 2023. They have continued to send me promotional emails but ive received no information regarding my order. Ive reached out to them via email at ******************************** as well as their text message number ************ and instagram and ive received no response. Ive filed a claim with my card company.

      I placed an order online with Koko Rose Beauty. At the top of their website they advertise that they offer payment installments through a 3rd party vendor. Because of this, I chose to make a larger purchase - a "bundle" of products to receive a small discount. The purchase was made on July 17, 2022. I chose*********** as the payment method, which I already have an account set up with. I checked twice to make sure I chose payment installments and I did. When I got the order confirmation, it showed it billed the full amount to my credit card. It appeared that their site reverted to a card on file even though I chose installments (no errors popped up saying I didn't qualify). I immediately reached out to the company letting them know what happened - via ******** *********, email, etc (multiple methods). They said their policy is to not cancel orders (even though my order still has not processed to ship, so clearly they do not process orders immediately). I have reached out asking for a return label so I can return it for a refund upon receipt. They say "discounted" products cannot be returned. The "discount" is because I bought 3 products in bulk as a bundle, it is not a clearance discount at all. I have spoken my displeasure on their ******** page as have other customers who have never received their orders. Our comments have been deleted, and as of this morning I can no longer see their page on ******** so I have been banned. I understand having policies to protect yourself as a small business, but Koko Rose is unwilling to work with customers regarding any issue, even ones that are no fault of the customer. I would like a full refund of my purchase,
