I am beyond outraged by the unethical behavior at Frais Spa. I they continue to autobill my credit card for services I never booked and that I never used. I bought a 6 massage package and was only able to make 3 reservations. The other times I requested to use my credits, nobody from reception responded. I contacted them multiple times and was ignored each time. As frustrating as this was, I decided that I wasn't going to kick up a big fuss and give them the benefit of the doubt during COVID and just give up on the remaining 3 credits. It turns out the benefit of the doubt was not merited at all. They sent me an email saying my membership would be automatically renewed, which I had never agreed to and certainly did not want after the horrible service the first time. I called and texted repeatedly to make sure the auto renewal did not go through since I had never agreed to it. Nobody picked up my calls. They responded to my texts saying they would look into it but then never got back to me and stopped responding. Finally, I had to go in person THREE times before I was finally able to speak to the owner and I asked her to cancel the auto-renew. She assured me it was canceled and I would not be billed again. This was a LIE- after she told me this, I checked my statement and I was billed again (this was January 2022). Update (Feb 2022): they continue to autobill my credit card. I have now had to involve my credit card company and the better business bureau. Please spare yourself this endless frustration and time wasted. Update (March 2022): they have autobilled my card again. My credit card company is still disputing these charges, but it's a ridiculous drain on my time and energy.
