This involves Mayweather Fitness (specific branch is **********, **)I cancelled my membership by contacting the office manager nearly 2 months ago. He has received multiple messages (about 4) to cancel my membership and I have had zero response and zero results. Other people in the gym have had similar issues trying to cancel their membership and their credit cards were continually charged, forcing them to get new credit cards. Knowing this, I put a block on my credit card, yet they've still tried charging my card over the last couple months (the block worked each time till today). Today they circumvented the block and charged me $338 -- according to them an outstanding balance, but I should owe zero if going by the date I requested my membership termination. I've contested the charge to their billing department, yet it still went through, and their billing department has not responded. This is a recurring charge, so this issue will continue if not addressed. At this point, I'm wondering if I should cancel my credit card. I do want a refund, I want my membership cancelled, and I want an apology from the business.

Had a membership for a while. Kept the membership while I was on my last deployment. Moved suddenly after getting back from deployment to a different state. I've tried to cancel my membership through every means possible and have been unable to get any form of progress from the company.

I signed up for a month to month membership for 150$ a month. Didnt like the Gym too much so I submitted a request to cancel through the support tab located on the website. Got an email back saying management would get in touch with me to follow up. They continued to charge me. I called them over the phone and they said I had to come in person to cancel my contract which is not included in the contract. It says an email of notice to cancel is sufficient. I called them again and told them I cannot come in but would like my membership canceled as stated in my email and they refused. I eventually had to change my debit card to stop them from charging me. Shady business who does not adhere to the contract. I also believe they consistently change their email addresses as to not be able to receive cancellation requests. They charged me for 4 months after my cancellation requests. I would like that money refunded and would like them to stop calling me.

I signed up for a 6mo contract at Mayweather Fitness in ***********. I stopped attending in July because of work schedule and their class schedules were not fitting. I've tried calling them to cancel my membership and they provided me an email. I sent an email and never heard back from them. I sent a follow up email and never heard back from them. When I called again, I told them this is the third time I've been trying to contact them to cancel my membership and they told me a manager will contact me. I have not heard from them and now I'm being charge 139 for another month when I'm clearly not attending this gym.

I canceled a gym membership in written email to the General Manager in April of 2020.I realized in October that they have been continuing to fraudulently charge my credit card $99/month for a gym membership I no longer use and CANCELED.I immediately called the gym to complain. They said they apologized and would send it to the manager to get me a refund right away.Nothing for 3 weeks.Called again and they sent me another email address again to no avail. They are clearly just thinking I'm going to let go of this but I won't because it is a lot of money and I hope others don't experience the same thing. They OBVIOUSLY know I haven't been using the membership as I haven't been going in.I would like this situation rectified.I have already disputed it with my credit card company but they can only dispute back 118 days and that is not the majority of my money.Thank you!

I spoke to a rep from May-weather boxing she stated the membership was $1.00 for the first month and would be $99 a month if both me and my daughter signed up. I spoke to another rep from Mayweather named ***** on March 21st. ***** stated that the membership fees were due. I explained to him that the young lady who signed me up told me the 1.00 covered me for the month of March and $99.00 there after. I also explained my daughter has covid and I was told by ***** he would put the account on hold for me. That was not true because On March 22nd I was charged $127.33. I requested a cancellation form as May-weather boxing misrepresented the amounts of the membership. I also requested a full refund but was told by ***** he was unsure and would need to research. I'd like a full refund we never attended this gym.

I was invited for a free 1 day tryout at the gym. And now I'm being charged 238$ for a membership that according to them I have with them. Upon taking the free trail I informed the front desk that if I was Interested in having a membership with them I'd reach out back to them. Which I never did, because I lost interest due to it being a free tryout trail preformed at the back of a parking lot. Now they are claiming that I owe them money, when I've never been there as a member
