      VXI is one of the better BPO companies. It is a difficult industry but if you are the right fit for the job, you have lots of opportunities to grow and develop a career in tech, customer support or many other roles.

      Shady company that lies to its clients, customers and to its employees to make a buck any way possible. Has multiple branches over seas as well including support but lies telling its US based customer service.

      VXI Global "solutions" Management is horrible and the job culture is terrifying. You would think that by working from home the job would be comforting however that is not the case. Unrealistic expectations are placed upon employees daily so that the consumers metrics can be met, and that is all this company appears to cares about. Employees are never awarded for their hard work and constantly threatened if metrics are not met by the ** team. This is an awful company that honestly needs to be revamped or shut down.

      Support from management is excellent and encouraging, my schedule is very flexible, and I love working from the comfort of my home. The job culture is also great; they organize a monthly hangout so all the employees and management can spend time together, bonding over games or talking, and they offer the best Rewards and Recognition platform. This job has helped me develop and grow. Overall, I'm super glad to be surrounded by amazing and encouraging people.
