I withdrew from The Los Angeles Film School in November 2020 and upon withdrawing I was informed by the financial advisor I would not owe a balance. On 04/16/2021 I received an email stating I owed a balance and to call to resolve it. The next day 04/17/2022 I received an apology email stating "we are currently experiencing a glitch with our database, which unfortunately generated the notice sent you within the last hour of monies being due. Please DISREGARD this notice," I then received another email from them on 12/17/2021 saying this was my final notice of an owed balance. Although the email states they have tried to reach out to me to resolve the issue, they never did. I've called all the phone numbers attached to any email I've ever received from The Los Angeles Film school and left dozens of voicemails on each line for a call back and yet to receive one. I ensured to say my name, phone number, email address and my former student ID #.
