    The reason for the delay is that the item purchased was as a Pre-order. Once the item was released the business never shipped the item. Months upon months of communication were issued with acknowledgment from the business that they had not shipped and, "would look into," while then proceeding to ignore all follow-up communication. Other customers have also filed with the ******************** against the business for this action.

    I placed a pre-order for a bundle of items 4.09.2022. The order was for a local artist and it was supposed to include a book, a print, and a sweatshirt. The order was supposed to ship out sometime in summer. They told us it would likely ship in July. Months and months went by with no communication from them. Apparently there were printing delays, etc. I only know this because the artist posted about it on social media, not the art gallery in charge of the orders. The book ended up not being finished until this year, a year later than anticipated. I finally received the book and print on 8.05.23. Since then, they said there were issues with the printing of the sweatshirts. My partner prints for a living. There is no way it takes a year and a half to reprint these items. I finally got an email response on 11.09.23 after reaching out numerous times via email and Instagram, asking if I would like a refund or to wait for the sweatshirt. I replied that I wanted a refund for that item since it's been so long. It's been radio silence since then. I am not the only one having this issue. Hundreds of us ordered the bundle and haven't received our items or a refund. I email weekly asking for updates and I would like to see my refund before Christmas. They should not be allowed to take people's money and just not fulfill orders.

    I was coaxed by the artist ***************************** to place a pre order for some items and was told that my order would be fulfilled by mid summer 2022. The funds were taken from my bank account on 04/06/2022 and I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the artist, along with Lethal Amounts several times and have received 0 to no response or update on when I can expect my order that they took my money for. I was even told to contact the company's POC and still never received a response. It is now 10 months that this company has taken my money but has not even given me a single response on when I can expect my order. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair as a loyal consumer.
