To whom it may concern, At the end of November 2022, I received in the mailbox an invitation to shop with a discount at the SWEET FLOWER store******************************************************* I specify that the advertising material was sent in my name to the address where I live, therefore I assume that this store holds confidential information. In fact, until December 6th, 2022, I did not cross the threshold of any SWEET FLOWER store in the chain of stores with this name, nor did I shop online from the store with this name, or similar. On 12/6/2022, I personally went to the SWEET FLOWER located at ************************************* asking for explanations regarding this retailer's access to personal, confidential and legally protected information. I am NOT a consumer of the products sold by this retailer and I DO NOT want my name to be associated or exist in their data. In law, according to the existing situation regarding the fact that the retailer has confidential information related to my name and my home address, and I do not know who has access to its database, I'm asking to investigate who's responsible for such a violation of my privacy. This incident makes me afraid of who possibly may have had access to my personal and confidential information. Under these conditions, inform me as soon as possible if the retailer is authorized by the ************** to hold such information, to process personal data without the consent of the person in question, and whether there is/was any request made by me or on my behalf to receive advertising material from SWEET FLOWER. Otherwise, my name to be removed from this retailer's database and send me proof of this. This is a notification with the aim of stopping the retailer's abuse of manipulating my personal and sensitive data, and continuing to violate my privacy. The letter was sent by email to the retailer on 12/8/2022.
