I requested to buy a car from Trade-In-Solutions. After speaking to the manager(*** ******) we agreed to have this car inspected before purchase. From the inspection, we discovered that repairs were needed. *** refused to make the repairs, and his solution was to increase the original price to cover the repair cost. The customer service was very poor, terrible communication,dishonesty, and a lack of professionalism.. Trade-In-Solutions is partly responsible for "The Bad Reputation of The Used Car Business".I recommend keep away and stay away from Trade-In Solutions. *******************************************************************************************************

Hello,This customer had their car inspected by a Porsche dealer, who confirmed that there were no significant issues with the car, though they noted the front brakes were low. To ensure accuracy, we sent the car to the mechanic who performed the initial inspection. The mechanic contradicted the dealers assessment, stating that the rear brakes were at 75% and the front at 35%.Despite this, we aimed to accommodate the customers request by agreeing to replace the front brake pads, even though they didnt need immediate replacement. The total cost of this work was $800, but we only asked the customer to cover ******** statement to the customer was as follows:"As mentioned, the mechanic confirmed that the rear brakes are approximately 75% and the front are at 35%, neither of which required replacement before selling the car. However, we understand you would like to replace the front pads. We are happy to do the front brake pads and front tires for an additional $500 to proceed with the deal."The customers response to us was:"I presented every opportunity to close the dealwith just one hurdle and YOU FAILED... In conclusion, GREED WILL ROT YOUR GUTYOUR GUT SHALL ROT BECAUSE OF GREED. $500 extra!!!"We at Trade In Solutions found this response to be very inappropriate and hostile. As a result, we felt it was best to discontinue further discussions or any business transactions with this individual.
