  I bought a 2007 ****** FJ and the frame is completely rusted out to the point of mechanical failure. This vehicle is the most dangerous thing on the road and that is why it has sat unregistered for 10 months. I traded my ***** volt in and was excited about a truck ( my first 4x4 ) and had stars in my eyes The embarrassment I felt towed being had made me not say anything to anyone. Well my neighbor couldnt let me go quietly into the night with my secret so here I ask for investigation into lemon law practice s in **********. This vehicle should not be on the public roads as it will get someone killed. Or worse others. I have tried contacting them to no avail can you help me?

  My name is ****** ********* i am a mother of four children my oldest is severely autistic. I saved my money for a down payment for years. I trusted all star trucks dealer in east Los Ángeles the manager at All star trucking inc sold me used truck without disclosing that the drivers side front tire had a bolt in it. Putting me and my family at risk to get hurt or killed After signing and putting a 3,000 deposit i was on my way home when the tire blew out on the fwy the truck didn't even give me a warning because none of the tire sensors were working. It was very scary my toddler was also in the truck with me. The dealership didn't even disclose that I had no spare tire. I was stranded but luckily my sister sent triple A and they towed the truck my my home. This has been very stressful for me, and I need help I would like out of this contract. I feel taken advantage of I gave them 3,000 dollars of my money cash. I just want my deposit back and this contract they had me sign unknowingly what this trucks history and how expensive I have a long list of what will need to be replaced and fixed I simply will not be able to afford a new motor or tire sensors. *left engine motor mount Rear tires need to be replaced *2 tire sensors I have a complete report that I paid $190 for from Penske Buick and gmc car dealership service department. The total cost for everything that needs to be repaired or fixed added up to way more than the truck is worth.the dealer really sold me a lemon/ and they lied to me about the condition of the trucks motor. Overall I don't feel safe driving it. I just want my deposit back. Please help me they can have the truck back.
