      I bought a car in around sept of 2021 from the car lot put a down payment of **** and bought a year car insurance policymakers from them. I was told to accept the loan from the back by them only showing up to my home dramatically demand I do so if not I was to get less of my down payment and we agreed on fixing the car Which never came to light. I than. Tried to make a payment to my car place to only find out they didn't want my business but they didn't like the company either the way they handled the buy and sale or what not but that was told from the loan on my contract with them so I contacted the deale they said that's ur financial loaner pay them so here we are in November I get my car stolen from my house and found a few days later thanks god but that's the beginning of the horrific deal I tried to get the car the tow yard won't release the car to me cuz the vehicle and. The bank are not involved with me the car owner is them not I so there for I and geico my insurance agent where not able to obtain the car that day I let my insurance agency Handel the complaint and. He said he would well I'm over here thjnking the car is being fixed the car has been taken back from the toe yard and sold by them and they says they had to fix the car and what not and. They lost all this money so I should just shut up off the record he said and eat dirt and forget this happen cuz they are not willing to give me my car I paid for that's still shows I'm connected to via my cerdit report that's show them running my cerdit *** times to new loans places and giving me a credit score of **** points and. A laon out in my name for that car which I'm now definitely not going to be getting off my cerdit now cuz they won't help me or give me my car back the Insurance says I'm with a valid calms cuz I didn't *********** of my car cuz they sold it and it was my car to taken car of when I had no idea how to get the car from the dealer when they won't work with me to car the loan no loan exest

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/07) */ We sold this customer a vehicle and financed through a third party finance company. Before he drove off we were very clear the bank was going to contact him to finanlized the loan. Big mistake letting him drive off with the car without him completing the loan process which is a practice all dealer do with the risk of customers not compliant with the necessary steps. We went above and beyond to get him approved because he wouldn't gotten approve anywhere but we managed to negotiate a bank to approve him. But as soon as he drove off it was extremely difficult to communicate with him, the finance company was trying to get of hold of him for several weeks he wasn't answering our calls nor the banks, he started hiding the car at another address , until we hired a private company to help us locate him. We got an address and went looking for him and found him, he was very shocked that we found him. After all of that, we still decided to help him told him he needed to contact his finance company which he did and Loan was completed. At this point it the finance company took over his account. Now we have a sort of like a probation agreement with the finance company called a recourse. Meaning if the customer does not make a payment "on time" for the first couple of months the car will be consider a repossession and we have to buy the loan back. The customers car was stolen and he was not able to get it out of the yard because the finance company would not allow him because it was no longer in his possession and was defaul on his payments. The car came back damage and we had to pay for repo fees and yard fees Plus all the loan back. At this point we couldn't get him approved anywhere else. Now the customers credit potentially dropped after this , and now the customer is potentially having trouble getting into another car so his looking for someone to blame and forced to get a car for him. I have attached a snapshot of an email from the finance company stating his default and demand for repurchase with repo fees. Please advise to this customer to stop harassing us we could not help him. Thank you. The car lot had to only come to my job the car is parked in the parking lot and I live in the same alley I worked and I belive iv been trying to make payments to the bank the bal said they won't take my payments to call the dealer ship going back and fourth with the deal ship I wasn't late they didn't accept my payment cuz there wasn't an account that u and. I have a contract being the way I bought the car and. I belive it was only 2 days u asked me to call the bank I believe u know policy the car issues they need to be fixed t befor the car is accepted by ur loan bank that was the issues not with me with u andn with guys showing up to my house u guys were desperate enough to give me the phone to call them at the same time they where calling me bak cuz I was just talking to them about the experience they took my call and. Cleared everything with u the eithixs and business of cail called me with a there for after opening an investigation on u guys andn the way u handles this buy there for the bank rejected the loan and. U guys never called me to buy the car back I had full coverage from the insurer agent at ur company sold me so if u guy really where trying to do the right thing u would have had the car taken care of from it being stolen from me and my vehicle would have been fixed u guys didn't make any attempt to work with my insured Angent and or me the bank never said there was a repo order ever made me on my car ever they didn't want to accept the loan so that's not my fault no I would like to say u guys didn't allow me to get the car out I have proof of u guys throwing to the bank and. Then going back I had full coverage any thing was done to my car was notting I had to with i have insurance for that why would I pay almost 3000 to a insurance policy and. Than give u guys a lost 2000 for the car and not make my car payment of 200 bucks dude u guys are crazy but when I called. The NEW DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE stemming from ur in proper possession of my car andn than selling it andn running my cerdit and the agent investigation this issues tells me that there was never no repossessed order ever on the car that it shows me haveing the car in my name till march and if there was ever a order put in order they would have a records of it regard of that not showing up and them in connection with the OCC and. The office of auto stock or stage numbers that ur being investigated I only wanted to make u guys do right ansn resolve this the east way u think I left the car after putting all that work into the car putting 8000 rims and fixing the issues that where wrong with it and u think I'm not going to make the payment if u and ur brother would ack like bussiness men and take Ppls phone calls for real and not hang up on them and not say or well u should just shut up and walk away wasnt very nice I have a team of ppl who I'm working with u will soon find out who they are and what agaencys they work with and u will soon find out what laws u broken and things u failed to do so so that's was a good response I got form u guys and will be attached to the text and phone calls and. Insurance letters makeing attemptes to get them to come to the table but I need to make this more of an official request to have them respond request to fix this befor things take a differnt road and. I won't be able to connect u guys there for anthier this due to legal action that have been put in place u guys will soon be servered papers that where filed to day in court but will be in mention befor u know it with-in a year from to day u guys have 30 days to respond to my papers I have filed with. The cleared office this afternoon don't worry u guy will be doing the same thing to if u guys had been in my shows u guys could find me to accept the loan but have bumb ur heads when it was time to give me my car no attempt where done on ur end to fix this no letter notting u will see this was my public attempts ordered by courts to come to a reliable response but I can see they are just playing games I'm not going to loses 12.000 for a car I could have simply rented one dot cheaper and been treated better than I have with these two brothers befor u know it the name of the company will change and they will be doing the same old tricks they been doing for the last 6 years but that's okay worst place to by a car just take them to court cuz working Withba kids will get u no where till they get the real policy holders and angcey involvement is maybe when they will come to the table I'll be here waiting for u guys memeber we have a contract and u guys broke it

      I went to the dealer to finance a vehicle I gave my down payment drove off with the car with out being 100% approved like I was told I would be for the car with and extra fee 4 days after buying the car it started giving me problems and after 10 of actually driving the car it stops and the dealer is claiming I've done engine damage to the car when clearly the car was a lemon and on top of that I was denied by the finance company and now the dealer doesn't want to give my money back or help me get a new vehicle or even come to any solution besides keeping my money and taking no fault on the car not being in the condition they say they sold it in

      Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/08/19) */ For ***** ******, issue was resolved and we took the car back. But to be clear, he bought the car "as-is" (signed) no dealer warranty. The car was 100% working condition when he bought the car. He did not purchase any warranty. So by DMV laws "There is no cooling off period". However, we still decided to help him, when he called with concern about the car, we strongly advised to stop driving it and to tow the car to our facility. ***** kept driving the car for several days after repeatedly was advised not to, his failure to do so cause complete engine failure. Therefore, for negligence we told him we could not help him anymore. But after several conversations we decided to take the car back and put him on a new one. But shortly after that we learned ***** had been incarcerated and had not heard from him since. Attached is the buyers guide which by law we have to present to customer.
