I would like to ask you to help me get Hollywood Forever Cemetery to take responsibility for ********************* & fix the headstone on my mom's, *************************, grave & clean up surrounding area. All attempts to contact the cemetery office have failed. I've been asking them for help for 2 years. Despite saying they would help, they don't because the area where my mother is buried is not visible from the front of the cemetery. You're my last chance of hope.More on the situation: Grass & headstones are well maintained in the front of the cemetery & near the sidewalks, which are frequented by visitors, but zero maintenance is done near the gravesite where my mother rests. Its filthy with overgrown trees, debris, glass, dirty towels, used ******************* buds that are scattered around the ground (we have pic proof). Their goal is to keep it clean on the sidewalks, but are okay keeping it filthy in areas that aren't easily visible to the public. Moreover, the actual headstone has been crooked for over a year now. I went to the office to ask to fix the headstone. I also mentioned how filthy it was near the gravesite & that after every event they host at their cemetery, they never bother to clean around the area where my mothers grave is. The person I spoke to took notes & voice recorded my concerns. He told me they would take care of it. Nothing was done.We asked the office multiple times to clean things up & fix the headstone and nothing has been done. We provided picture proof, written statements and recordings, and still nothing. We have recent pictures for proof that are provided to show you the difference between what is happening near my mothers grave vs other parts of the cemetery that are more visible to the public. We spent significant money to lay my mother to rest at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. The cemetery promises regular ********************* but haven't done neither in our case. This is our last chance.
