  Please note: This is Orthotics related. Going from Personal Bodybuilding Training at ********* Gym with Legends and Personal Training with a Professional********* Fighter who had his nose broken 7 times to being unable to stand to take a shower is life altering and absolutely devastating. I had an appointment with this Hanger location Friday. ******* was well informed I use transportation services for Disabled persons and on my most recent appointment I was being wheeled off the bus into their building when she called me to tell me the correct size she confirmed in email would be in was not in for this appointment. I am a Christian so I don't have the liberty to get irate and I expressed my disappointment that she would call me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me this. She said I thought you didn't leave your house yet. Please note I am always early to my previous appointments to Hanger because with public transportation you cannot risk being late and missing your Medical Appointments. **** then came into my appointment rushed me with the only larger size they had making sure to put it on when I am seated and your thighs expand when you are seated my sister even knew this and pointed this out when I came home calling her because both knee braces were falling off when standing with my Walker. I am forced to use My Walker at times and need my braces to provide needed support. If my sister knows being seated expands my thighs I'm sure **** does too. I was seated in my wheelchair instead of sizing me while standing before I was rushed out. I see ******* and I love *******. He cares. They sent **** in to do the "job". And he did because he didn't even measure me like promised in writing for my compression socks. ***** passed me on to another location that asked me to come in again instead of coming to me like discussed on our call. This is not how I want to be treated or anyone I care about for that matter.In fact no one deserves to be treated this way
