On March 16th, 2024 I purchased a sweatshirt from the website that was listed as in-stock for a friends birthday. The order number is #CK66940. I was told that my order would ship in 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks had past I emailed customer service on April 14th, 2024 asking when I can expect it to come. They responded two days later saying they would get back to me with information, and never did. I emailed them again on April 23rd, 2024 with no response. On June 6th, 2024 I emailed customer service again, which they got back to me the next day saying they expect my tracking information to be sent within the next week. I was not sent any tracking information since then. I emailed them again today, June 23rd, 2024 since they failed to meet that claim.Initial Complaint

Order number: #CK67156 Hello, I placed an order for a hoodie from Codys ******** on April 23rd. Within the last 7 weeks, I failed to receive any notice or update. Within that time, Codys run club released two new lines of clothing. My order was for my brothers birthday which came and went. Two days ago I reached out requesting an update. Today, I received an email stating that a refund was issued. The issue is that I never requested a refund, only that I get some sort of update. This company seems to lack any sense of urgency and is focused on making profits without delivering. It has been seven weeks with additional new releases within that time. Thank you for hearing my complaint. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
