In Dec 2023 I made a purchase (order #SC35976) through the ********************************* webstore, in which Cozack handles. I received my purchase on Dec 18, and both records had a huge cut on the cover. I emailed Cozack customer service ******************************* on Dec 18 with a follow up on Jan 9 after not hearing from them. I was finally replied to on Jan 18, customer care stated that I received the order, I replied the same day stating that wasnt the issue - the issue is that my order was damaged. I did not hear back and sent follow up emails on Feb 1 and Feb 8. ******** care finally responded that they were having trouble understanding the issue. I replied that same day, Feb 8, where I reiterated that the products received were damaged. Another follow up email was sent on Feb 18, and customer care finally responded on Feb 20, in where they stated they do not classify giant cuts in product as damage. I replied again that same day and have not received a response. During this time, I decided to fill out the contact form on cozack.net, hoping to finally get a reply. This was on Feb 17, and I almost immediate received a reply from *****************************, who turns out to be the owner of Cozack. *** stated he would be happy to issue a refund. I replied back that same day, along with sending follow up emails on Feb 27 and March 7. At this time I have received no other responses, nor have I received a refund. It is clear that *** and his team are scamming customers by sending out damaged items. When a customer contacts them about this, they ignore the issue until you send them multiple emails and then they act confused on what the issue is. Then when you contact the owner, he states h*** issue a refund but never does. What Cozack is doing constitutes as mail fraud, violates the *** Act, and breaks consumer protection laws. If a solution is not arrived to, then further action will be taken, including filing claims with the US ************************** ***, and NY Consumer Protection.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 1st, 2023. It took almost two months for it to ship. Once I had gotten the email that it was delivered, I checked and I had not received it. There are dozens of reviews on the product that I ordered saying other people had the same issue as me. I reached out to the company multiple times but no one has offered any explanation or help. I filed a complaint throug **** and they found out that my tracking number had a package that had the wrong name and address. I provided this proof to the company and I still received the same basic response with no help. I just want my package or my money back. The way the business is handling this is ridiculous.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt with this business on 9/9/23 online. I was sent a tracking number on 9/12/23 that has never moved from pre shipping stages. Whenever emailed about the status of my order (which I did twice) i received the same generic response about how they know it can be frustrating waiting an order but my order was in the final stages of pre shipping. After waiting 6 weeks i tried to email the company 3 times to cancel my order with no response. Finally after weeks of not answering they said it was a final sale policy even though I never received the merchandise. Its a company working the call her daddy company/podcast.Initial Complaint

I ordered a vinyl record (order # SC28454) from one of their merchandise websites (***************************************) on September 2nd and it came broken in half when I received it September 13th. I reached out via email the same day (request #*****) and then again on the 18th after not receiving a response. All I have since then is automated responses that my request was received. They have no customer support phone number or other way to contact them for help. I would prefer a replacement of the item I ordered but otherwise am waiting on a refund.
