Hi, I never received the Bra, which I needed for a back injury to help me. The customer service was not helpful to resend so I disputed the charge and if they had resent it I would cancel dispute, but Forme did not send me the Bra. The post office returned the Bra to sender because the address was garbled and therefore incomplete. For $15 postage and expensive product, Forme could not even print a label correctly. The label had printed the address on top of one line so it was unreadable. Very poor internal control. I also had asked it be delivered to door not mailbox, which Amazon and most companies do for free. But without a readable address, a postman or anyone else cant deliver it . Very frustrating situation for me as now I need to find alternative as I would not buy anything else from this company as I needed quickly and almost a month after the order I still dont have a product because the post office could not deliver it and it was returned to sender.Review from Lonnie O

I bought the posture bra and it did not fit well so I emailed them about returning/exchange. Not only can I not return because I wore it and removed the tags, but now Im stuck with a costly product I cannot use. Predatory return policy .Review from Cal C

********. these bras fit oddly, ride up and worst of all start losing their stretch after some time. That is not what you expect after nearly $200 with fees stacked upon fees. The $15 shipping fee is outrageous and the fees upon fees when you are checking out add insult to injury. They used *********************** (who did not endorse the bra) and influencers to sell this bra that doesn't live up to its hype. They also took months to ship.Review from Jessica R

I wish I could give negative stars. They are a complete scam. The bra sizing is based on nothing resembling human sizing. There is no sizing. All their reviews are bots or relatives of the owner. They say the bra is based on science- science fiction! It makes you look squashed and saggy. When I try to return it they make it so difficult. They harass you and then they charge you a $15 handling fee. Also I live a block from their office. I will have to drive past it to go to the post office to mail the bra back. Beware they only refund part of the cost of the bra. I paid $209 and Im only getting back $160, despite them stating on their site that they refund in full. LIARS. Forme is a Fraud. Go bankrupt for me!Review from Val B

Do not buy. Placed order on Feb 18, 2024 and after many emails they only say your product is back ordered and shipping soon. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and nothing. Im calling my credit card company tomorrow and reporting this company as fraudulent. Only customer service response is a canned email stating sorry we are busy and product is back ordered. Company will not provide an DYS and will not cancel my order and issue a refund so Ill do it for them via my credit card companyReview from Victoria S

Ordered a bra on Jan 31, 2024. Did not state anywhere it was on "backorder". Have been fighting for a refund ever since. They claim they shipped it on Feb 12, but it hasn't moved since then. Absolutely a scam to keep people's money.Review from Leslie S.

Their return policy is crooked for a company that claims to sell products that help posture, reduce pain, improve body alignment, etc. The products are grossly overpriced and their customer service is appalling. This company is a scam. after ordering from them I googled and saw some very negative reviews on Reddit with very bad customer service and a shady return policy. I immediately emailed to ask them to cancel within an hour of ordering. They wouldnt let me cancel??!! And insisted on shipping the bra I didnt want anyway. I am going to take it up with my credit card company
