      The worst experience ever!!! Never buy anything here or what worst is return, you get nothing back!

      This customer returned product, and when initiating their return emailed us several times asking when they would receive their credit. We advised the customer that returns can take 3 business days to process at the warehouse. Before we even received the product back, the customer attempted to dispute their charge. On the 3rd business day, the customer received their credit. Customer did receive their credit back, so this is a false claim.

      **************** is absolutely horrible! The company is greedy proven by their return policy, store credit only, 21 days from ship date. How is someone supposed to control how long shipping takes and it varies per customer so some customers get a longer return period than others. Store credit only...enough said. I have purchased 5 pairs recently and the company has done nothing but treat me like garbage! They even deactivated a gift card that was issued for a return. They made me do the work proving the gift card should still be active because they are too lazy to do the work themselves. They told me that the gift card was deactivated because I was banned as a customer...that is theft! If they want to ban me as a customer they must return my money, but they did not! They use derogatory and abusive language! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

      This customer sent our customer service team approximately 60 emails over the course of 3 days alone, harassing and accusing our agents of not replying to him, using profanities, and making threats. We had replied to all of the customers emails same day, and the accusations and unhinged emails continued to come through. We had to contact the customer through our actual web platform requesting an alternate email address, as he was not receiving our emails. We never stole from the customer and the customer has placed yet another order today.

      I was appaled at the lack of human decency let alone some form of recovery customer service this company has. I was reading the reviews on this on the BBB website and see the same exact situation happened to me as it did with another individual. I purchase a pair of JNCO jeans for my son he tried them on for a few min in the house and then took them off as they were too big. I requested an exchange and sent them back. It took weeks i had 2 e-mail twice to ask for a follow-up on the return. I got a very nasty and rude text message from "*********' whom i suspect is the same nasty and rude person who responds to other customer requests stating that we returned them "filthy" and they were obviously worn which was very untrue. They did not exchange them as i had requested for a smaller size and instead charged me money just to have them shipped back to me stating normally they would have tossed them away as if they were doing me a favor. This is the most ridiculous customer service i have ever experienced, i would expect at $250+ amount for one pair of jeans they would know how to service their customers better to be able to retain them. One thing is for sure they lost a very good honeset and loyal customer in me and the others whom have filed a compliant. All they do is respond agresseively to try to justify their nasty behavior and make it seem like the customers are in the wrong and take zero accountablity for their poor customer services behavior. FIRE CHARLOTEE are who ever is the one that messages customers. I would never ever buy anything from them again, money lost for them!

      Hello, this customer returned soiled product with dirt marks throughout the legs of the jeans. We offered to ship the pants back as courtesy, rather than discarding the dirty/damaged product. We take quality very seriously, and we would absolutely never ship worn/soiled product to honest paying customers. We have photographic evidence of this return, which we are happy to share.

      customer service is poor. representatives will argue with you through if asking for a return an item due to the quality not being up to par. they claim that the quality is the same as the original jeans when it is not and do not accept returns which forces you into getting store credit only.

      JnCo Jeans used to have AMAZING customer service they would go above & beyond for their customers, but recently I had made an order on July 7th (2023) & waited a week to ask why my order still hasnt left the warehouse. Their ** told me it was because of the 4th of July lol that made no sense to me, then another couple days go by so I ask again & now Im told theyre truck got stuck & now its over 3 weeks and the ** person refuses to tell me anything & instead corrects *************** on his/her lies. Mind you this is the SAME ** person I am somehow talking to EVERY single time (they must only have one ** person which is odd for such a big company). Now its almost a ********* have no clue where my $250 pants are. Tracking still says its in the warehouse just sitting there. The ** person keeps making up lies of why it has not moved & all the ** does is tells me they can cancel my order I was super excited for these pants, but now Im almost to the point where I will just get my refund. JnCo customer service is unprofessional & lies about everything. They dont figure anything out that you ask about & they get nasty with you when you call them out on the lies. BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Theyre not like they used to be!

      We experienced shipping delays due to large volume for us as well as shipping couriers after the fourth of July weekend. Still, the customer's order shipped priority and arrived relatively quickly. Customer continued to send harassing emails to our CS rep.

      poor product quality, fabric fades after a couple washes. they do not stand behind product but make up excuses as to why product fails.

      Customer washed black denim many times on very aggressive washing machine cycles, and then contacted us upset that their jeans faded.
